International quality hotel in Pakistan - there aren’t so many particularly out of Islamabad yet Roomy as a chain are doing their best to raise the standard. The Roomy Signature Hotel is the best and we loved it. Super modern, clean and excellent facilities in a great location with very helpful staff.

There was barely any parking, especially on weeknights it would very hard to enter into the drop-off area. My 2 year old daughter accidentally dropped chocolate milk on the bed so they charged me for the bedsheets which I think they shouldn't have.

I really liked the location. It's surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. You could even get by walking to a lot of your desired places. The breakfast was a modest one, it did the job. The rooms were spacious. The hotel staff was very helpful.

The only issue which really let me down was the noise through our my stay. My room has a joining door to next room which was closed but the rooms are not even slightly sound proof. There was a family staying next door with at least 4 people who would return in evenings and be talking extremely loudly Til very very late. I could hear everything. On my final night, The next door occupants changed to 2 men and they were equally if not more disturbing. So unfortunately a great hotel which was only let down by fact it is so noisy. I did mention this at checkout and whilst the staff mentioned they would give a quieter room next time, I believe it’s the quality of build is just not sound proof at all. I hope to visit again and give it a chance as the hotel otherwise was perfect for my stay although very pricey.

Loved the location of the hotel. Visiting Pakistan on my own, I found it to be in an ideal location with a few shops nearby and plenty of food options. It was on a main road so easy to catch a taxi if needed. The room was spacious and perfectly clean and the city view room was great. My room was cleaned very well daily. There was a great restaurant downstairs too and spa services which sadly I didn’t get time to try. The staff were also in general very helpful. Also felt very safe with the security always manning the entrance.

The location and the check-in experience is very hassle free. The staff particularly Mr Omar and Bilal are very courteous and attentive towards the guests. Overall it's a good experience for me every time I visit.

Breakfast is average, not many options.

The location of the property is amazing, right in the center of the F6 commercial area, with shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes of walk. The size of rooms is large, easily accommodate a family of 4.

The generator was right next to our room and we woke up like an atomic bomb has just got off...

The location and the staff was top notch. Mr Salman at main reception was amazing and really helpfull.

Netflix and YouTube was blocked on the smart TV- which doesn't make sense considering the price point of this hotel plus the fact that it's 2024. The hotel wants feedback and that's great but they asked for feedback to the point that it was significantly annoying and felt an invasion of space. In my 24 hour stay I got two voice calls, 3 WhatsApps and 1 email.

Location is excellent, rooms are very comfortable and large and have great natural light. The staff is very courteous and the hotel is happening with a coffee shop, plenty of dining shopping and snack options within the premises.

Housekeeping on the floor is noisy. Plus guests should be instructed by y the staff while they check in they should maintain discipline . During my stay I found some of the guests were noisy and unruly

Nothing, breakfast can be improved a little although they have improved but still can be better.

The Location is excellent located in Super market, many food options inside the Hotel is a great Plus in addition to lots of restaurants around walking distance. The Rooms are bigger in size than most of the options available in Islamabad.

Really I was very pleased with my experience . Subhan Usman was working and welcomed me, he was very polite and made sure I knew how to get connected to WiFi and how everything worked. All the staff was great if I had a question or need at accommodating me. I thought the wait staff at the restaurant was incredible, I wish I could remember their names. Also, it was great food. Everyone was very hospitable , and very appropriate . As a women traveler , and solo, it’s important to me that men are not inappropriate , and I feel like everyone there was respectful and still helpful.

Breakfast menu could have been improved to include more variety but it was good otherwise. Reception staff was very humble and cooperative specially Miss Mahnoor and another gentleman Mr Bilal( hopefully that’s right name). They both went an extra mile to make our stay smooth when i needed to extend the stay.

Staff was not good. They put me on wait for early check in when i am sure they had a lot of empty rooms. Secondly they forced me to pick my food delivery from the door saying they dont deliver outside food i mean you have tons of guys what is their use if they cannot deliver from rider outside to your room. Thirdly they did not have basic medicines for fever and told me to go outside and get it. How can you not have basic medicines when you are trying to run a bog hotel. Small things matter a lot to put off or win a customer. I have stayed in roomy in northern areas and their staff was very good but this hotel need to change some rules.

Excellent ambience with great staff. Specially Miss Sheeza. I forgot my cheese in the fridge and after reaching my home I WhatsApp them and after little inquiry they courier it. Thanks Miss Sheeza.

The hotel is centrally located. Additionally, lots of good food options available in the hotel itself. Staff is very friendly and goes out of its way to help, whereas the room was nice and spacious.

Too much noise between rooms , need to have sound proof walls in future

Location is very good, staff is very cooperative and helpful. Jawad plumber/electrician was very quick to resolve the washroom issue and AC.
