No work table in the suite. Elevators are too few for the traffic, especially with events and guests both sharing the same elevators.

the housekeeping staff has developed a habit I don’t like. knocking to clean rooms etc only when guests are there. this tip seeking makes it feel very commercial very quickly. I had gone out for meeting with the make my room sign on for around six hours. came back to an unmade room - but house keeping showed up five minutes after I arrived.

the reception was amazing. gave me an early check in at 0900. the rooms are clean. generally well kept. good internet.

At times Housekeeping fell short, in particular when requesting something like an iron to be bought to the room, it seemed to take quite a while. We also had to wait for a long time for someone to come and reset our safe. The keycard which should have allowed entry into the mall never worked so we had to rely on security to let us in and out of the mall.

The location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hotel and mall which you could access via the hotel using your keycard. It was within easy reach of several landmarks and Bazaars. Staff were very helpful and efficient and always on hand to help. Saima and team on the front desk were helpful & friendly. We particularly enjoyed the design and layout of the hotel and last but not least the breakfast was very good.

There was a very loud noise due to the elevator construction which could be heard from the hotel rooms. A lot of miscellaneous charges added on the bill at the end - was charged for one day of breakfast even though it was said to be included.

Selection of breakfast foods were great. Facility was very clean.

check in is a little painful. I have been coming to this place many time each year for several years. their system does not recognise me as a returning customer. similarly, checkout is also not smooth.

Room: My main issue is that there was no sofa or a decent place to sit in the rooms. While the rooms were spacious but extremely spartan i.e. only a bed, a counter, and two chairs were present, not even a rug on the floor. We booked two rooms and the AC in one room was not working properly, despite a visit by the maintenance guy. Food: The breakfast was decent, but nothing exceptional. Most of the items within in-room dining menu were unavailable. Family friendly: There are no play areas for kids and no dedicated pool for the kids either. The corridor path to the pool area was extremely slippery, which is a safety hazard in my opinion, perhaps some rubber mats should be provided there.

Rooms and bathrooms were spacious as we booked Platinum rooms, breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and tidy. The pool was adequate for adults (roughly 4 ft. depth). The hotel is new and kept clean. Good response times of the staff when contacted for help e.g. maintenance. The dinner was good in terms of food quality, taste, and menu items. However, you can enjoy the dinner without staying at the hotel, as they neither provided any discount to staying guests nor allowed to bill the room.

I did not have time for breakfast. I did have lunch and I believe the quality of the food can be improved substantially. elevators could be a bit faster. Staff needs more training. I pay about $60 for this type of hotel in the US. So I find it a bit costly and not all cost was disclosed when I reserved it.

I didn’t like was the door system, as that broke down, we could not enter our room for 45mins, the hotel promised us it would not happen again but the next day it did, they then moved us to platinum room which was nice but was not the executive room we expected. the food at breakfast was nice but the juices were horrible. one last thing if you order room service which we did, we paid in cash but the hotel still added those items to our bill, this took an hour to resolve which left a bad taste in our month when we left.

we got upgraded to the executive room which was really nice, I loved the fact you could control the temperature in the room as it was individual ac in the room. the bed was superb, can you please tell me the brand of the pillows. a shoutout to the bellboys, thank you.
