The iron was not proper (water leaked from its container and the iron was only warm). I try to dry it with the hair dryer but it occured that it didn't work. I went to the meeting with the wet T-shirt's collar. I inform the property owner about these problems.

Wonderful place, clean very well smells. Coffee-tea everything was ready and although is near the main road was very silent. Toilet is very clean and evrything what you need, you can find easily. Clean and very smells towel, hair dryer, everythin was awesome. Room was very hot though weather was awful.

Just one suggestion to put some name board or something outside the door near the bell so that it will be visible and room details were sent after calling many times so i had to wait for more than 30min outside.

The value for money was perfect and the owner is incredibly accommodating. We were there for a concert and still had to store our things and were allowed to store the luggage on site without any problems. Definitely to recommend

Even though the owner provided instructions on how to find the apartment, there are multiple buildings along the way that look similar to the instructions, so it was confusing at night, partially also because the location listed on Google is slightly different. Some detailed photos with arrows would have helped a lot. The door code also changed from the initial one that we'd received, and the owner did send us a message, but it was the same message with many codes/instructions copy/pasted with just one digit difference in one code, so we didn't realize that there were any changes. Luckily we had a SIM card that worked and reached the owner, but not all travelers would have this. The next day, we rushed back to pay for the second night at the agreed time but when we finally reached the owner a couple hours later, she said she would come by later instead. So yes - the room is excellent, the owner was friendly and accomodating when we met and spoke, and we would definitely stay again. However, clear instructions and faster communication will make an enormous difference.

The location was great, 7 mins' walk to the train and bus station. The space itself, while small, looks way better than the photos. It is nicely painted, quite bright, and extremely clean. It is also the best possible use of that amount of space. Every detail is thought out perfectly. There are actually several pots and pans and tons of dishware, a dishwasher, so many electrical outlets, coffee maker and kettle (with teas, coffees, cream and sugar included), and probably more stuff that I'm forgetting in the counter area. The bed and pillows are ridiculously comfortable. The patio area outside is more private than it seems in the photos, and very nice. There are multiple lighting options. There is a smart TV. The shower is very pleasant. Shampoo is provided. Even though the room is small, we had enough closet and floor space to organize five suitcases, two backpacks, and a couple pairs of shoes and still have lots of floor space to walk around. The owner let us store our luggage after we left and she was friendly.

Staff give me the wrong password and I can't get my room key. But I was lucky because I met another visitor who gave me the correct password.

Close to Poznan main station. It's very quiet place and I can have a nice sleep all night.

There's a draft blowing from the socket placed above the kitchen counter top. The vent in the bathroom goes on ''forever'' and it may be annoying for a light sleeper. The same with the radiator (it just makes noise).

Overall it's great studio. Good value for money for someone who looks for a place to have good sleep and warm shower. Ideal location, easy access. Well recommended.

Beds are not really comfortable and noisy, walls are thin, the room could be a bit cleaner.

Good price. The room has everything we needed and the location is great for the main train station but the centre is also available in 20min by tram. Overall its a perfect stay in Poznan if you don't wanna spend too much on accommodation.

Good option next to train station, shopping and other amenitiies. The room was clean and looked after very well, the host sent clear and detailed instructions how to access the property.

If you plan to spend a lot of time inside it may not be what you are looking for, there is a barstool handy for working at for short periods, otherwise its the bed (which suited me fine). There is also outside furniture including a small table in decent weather.

A groundfloor self contained studio apartment with a back yard just minutes walk from the main station. I usually go for a hotel but saw this and thought I'd give it a go. For a few days for 1 or 2 people it it ideal, main room contains the kitchenette (with cooking utensils and crockery) and double bed. There is also a capsule coffee maker a real luxury (there is a handy Netto in the block so I brought a box of capsules to supplement those supplied). Small bathroom with a decent shower. The apartment an easy walk to the station or into the city but also on a number of tram routes. I slept really well with the window open. I'd certainly come back here, gretat price.

The information about how to find the place came late, I'd appreciate earlier communication.

The place was very clean, comfortable, cosy, fast internet was provided, the bathroom had everything I needed, tea, coffee, kettle and TV was a pleasant surprise. The place is turned away from the main road, at night is very quiet so you get a good night rest.

The matresses could be a little bit more comfy, but it wasn't that bad.

The apartment is located close to the Poznań Main Railway Station, so it is very convenient. The room itself looks "okay", nothing extraordinary.

At the 1st night, communication was not particularly, the WLAN did not work, I was annoyed about it. The 2nd night was much better (1 week later) even if the wanted to book me in the wrong room.
