The ventilation was not working properly; therefore, the room got pretty humid and warm during the night. The balcony was nice but not much use, as it was facing a courtyard, and the sounds from the yard prohibited the window from opening during the night.

Extremely modern and elegant hotel with great spa facilities. Room was huge and had great amenities. Hotel felt very safe and extra points for the free coffee station throughout the day!!

Everything was just fine.

Everything was excellent,clean airy spacious rooms,very pleasant and helpful staff,most spoke more than one language,nice touches ;coffee station available,excellent restaurant,fabulous breakfast selection,can't praise it too much,would love to stay again.

I didn’t like that down tables were reserved at breakfast when the fact was the table was used after breakfast . Very crowed at breakfast and not enough tables . Some staff took tip on everything which I also think isn’t on . I will happily pay tip when I think the service is good .

Lovely hotel and relatively good value . You need the tram to get in to the centre.

We loved this hotel! Perfect location, within walking distance of the old town but also had lovely greenery around. 15 mins from the airport (without traffic) Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings and treated ourselves to room service which we particularly enjoyed.

The hotel was everything we expected and more, the room was big, clean and with all the amenities we needed, the same with the bathroom. We had a very good breakfast there and the drinks from the bar were also delicious 🤤 The staff was super, super kind and accommodating, even allowed us to check in waaaay earlier than we were supposed to (we arrived in Kraków very early and were at the hotel around 8:30 am which is when we were told our room was ready - the check in was supposed to be at 15. I also tried the Balinese massage at their spa which was very relaxing and released all the stress from my body. The pool was also great, no more than 30 people were allowed at once which was nice as it never was overcrowded. We especially enjoyed the 9-10 pm slot where it was adults only. At checkout we were allowed to leave our baggage in their storage room so we didn’t have to carry it around with us (our flight is late in the evening). I must say, we were never treated better at any other hotels we’ve been to. Kudos to the staff - 10/10 for hospitality! 🫶

this hotel is perfect! so close to Krakow centre. So clean and modern. beds are amaaaazingly comfy and the rooms are huge and just beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic too, so much choice and a bit different to the generic breakfast at a hotel too. value for money is amazing. honestly this hotel is the best i have ever stayed at and id love to go back soon!!

there is one minus, this is regarding the pool, you need some kind of system for guests, there is one pool, it is not big, people who managed to come earlier sit in chairs around the pool for hours like on the beach, because of this many other guests come to the pool and at the reception they are told that the pool is full, come back later, that is, because of those who sit there all day, it is impossible for those who did not have time to visit the pool, this is very unpleasant

We had a lovely stay here at the hotel. Train journey only 5 minutes from the old town. Room was lovely nice views of the park across the road. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Hotel was clean and smelled great Staff were so welcoming polite and happy. Hotel location is great, a 20 min wak into old town or a quick team ride which is outside. Breakfast was fantastic, such a variety of food was available. We had a great stay. Thank you
