Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Polandthe location of the hotel is fantastic. left the car at the parking lot and walked trough and through an entire Ciechocinek. rooms and staff impeccable. strongly recommended to those who are into sightseeing as there are lots of breathtaking dilapidated properties which back in the days used to be some sort of sanatoriums

United KingdomIf you want your room to be cleaned you need to ask. Even after cleaning the room is not really clean and the dirty dishes are not taken away. You need to take them downstairs yourself. Breakfast has no gluten-free or dairy-free options. There are no names of the food which is served. (You need to kind of guess what's is it ) Low-quality juices and cereal. The coffee machine always plays up. Staff wearing shorts and trainers at breakfast time. ( not very professional ) Despite breakfast being served till 10.30 if you decide to stay in bed longer and have breakfast at 10 you may not have much food left. The restaurant downstairs is nice however the menu is not family-orientated. The hotel needs more attention to detail as the outside area is not very representative. No milk in the room so black coffee only. The balcony furniture has seen better days. Also, the size of the duvets on single beds is like for a baby.
The location was spot on. The beds are very comfy.
