Their Flavoria Restaurant was a bit rip off though, when we entered there, the girl invited us for a glass of prosecco each. And we thought its from the house, until we found out that it costs extra 150pln on the bill. Maybe good to ask next time as there is no free lunch indeed... haha

the “suite” was dark, dated and the bed had the smallest pillows and thinnest blanket. it was not matching the overall style, luxury level and atmosphere of the property. imagine a Mercedes with Chevy cloth seats.

The room is dark, because the "normal" lighting is only in corridor and bathroom. one standing lamp with dark shade and two pinspots are not sufficient for such large (and generally comfortable) room.

Unfortunately, there is a permanent construction site next door until 2024. Rooms facing this site will hear a lot of construction noise (as we did). There are few sockets in the room, especially none by the bed. The card system for activating the lift sometimes drives you crazy. I don't understand at all why hotels have completely glazed toilet areas where a curtain has to be drawn on the inside, which also consists of several parts and is not fully closed. I have experienced this in several hotels and I will never understand how something like this can be planned.

Good parking facilities in the underground car park, prices are also OK from a parking point of view. Basically a very good appearance of the hotel, although a bit outdated in terms of technology and furniture. Spa area is small but perfectly adequate, saunas and pool worked as planned, as did the service. The rooms are clean, but room service has to be actively requested and is then also done in the desired time window. I cannot rate the breakfast and restaurant.

Had a small issue at check in, internet was out first, then the executive suites were over booked. However, the woman working the check in counter was amazing. Ended up getting us our room. Would definitely come back.

The management should really ensure the lobby bar is safe for guests. Two unruly characters and their lady friend seems to completely out of control. Drunk loud harassing the other patrons. Sleeping on the bar counter, smoking, sniffing substances off the bar counter and generally rude to me and my wife. I complaint and the response was that there is nothing that they could do. How is that even possible? This spoils what otherwise would have been a last evening in Poland. My observation was that these two was some gangsters that the Hotel avoided to confront.

we had to wait too long on the reception for check-in and check-out, the parking place is charged additionally and there is no opportunity even to park your car for some time while complete check-in (because it took us near 20-30 minutes). The room needs some refresh. And we found hair in the towels which is not good for me to be in the 4star hotel.

The only thing, they should re-consider is a free parting if you are a Hotelguest. With the room you kind of paying the parking already
