The heaters took a while to warm up the place. We visited in October, so it could be that their central heating system was not at 100% yet

Centric location, extremely convenient to explore around Warsaw. The apartment was absolutely pristine (all rooms in it), spacious and comfortable. The internet connection worked as expected and the check-in process was super straightforward

For 3 night stay of 3 people we were given only 3 pcs of single use shampoo. That was absolutely not enough.

Spaciest apartment. There had everything we need. There was a washing machine and we were able to wash the cloth (after purchasing small pack of detergent).

not professional staff, who are not friendly, do not smile and don’t want to help. The elevator at hotel building- does not work and you need to carry your suitcases up the stairs to the 5th floor without the help of staff. Reception is not open at night.

It is a ground floor apartment with a very quiet winebar's outdoor seating just below. I did not open windows or even curtains while I stayed there because I only went back there to sleep. The sofa bed was fine for one, but would not be good for two.

The ground floor studio is in a quiet inner courtyard, but also in the middle of a very busy district. It is also only 200m from train station, tram and a direct bus connection to the airport. The old-fashioned style of the room was very pleasant. Very good value. Clean. Small kitchen was useful to prepare breakfast.

There is no parking at the property, staff suggested parking lot at the different hotel nearby which costs 130 pln per day. Breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs starts from 10am which is pretty late.

The shower cabin could use some renovation and the sofa bed is not the best but they function fine.

the walls were stained in every room, the building is under renovation starting with the beggining of August and it was noisy in the morning. the furniture was old and used, the beds are ok, but not very comfortable. the apartment was not giving me the impression that it was cleaned very good

DIFFICULTY GETTING DROPPED OFF BY TAXI WHEN ARRIVED FROM AIRPORT. 11 FAMILY MEMBERS.

ROOMS WERE LARGE. COMFORTABLE BEDS. SITTING AREA COMFORTABLE WITH TV. BEST WAS AN ELEVATOR - APPRECIATED BY THE OLD FOLKS FOR CARRYING BAGGAGE UP 3 FLIGHTS. COFFEE SHOP ON PREMISSES. ENTRY WAY WITH KEY FOR SAFETY.

I believe there was no air-con, but luckily the weather was not very hot during my stay, so I did not miss it.

Location was excellent. Close to the train station (walking distance) and right on the street with many shops and restaurants, but very quite as the building was in the back of the court yard. The apartment was very spacious and kitchen well equipped, including dishwasher and wash machine.
