Very little. The road outside is being done up and it will take a few months before it is completed, but it is no great problem. On the ther hand, when the works are completed, the place will be even better. The flat is not very large but perfect for 2 to 3 persons or possibly a family with 2 young kids.

The location is excellent. It is in the New Centre of Warsaw. The old centre is a short taxi ride away and is definitely a must-see but Warsaw is a large city and distances tend to be too long for only walking. You will really need to use taxis but I found that taxis never seem to use meters and you are very easily cheated that way. After being fleeced a few times, we opted to go for Bolt or Uber and they are great, so these are strongly recommended. The building is modern and everything works. We particularly appreciated the reception which is present every day during daytime, so if you need help, it is always at hand.

There were no slippers and it was uncomfortable to walk on the floor and carpets barefoot. The kitchen hood was broken and I just couldn't turn it off. Also there were no dining plates, so I had to use like 4 smallest coffee-plates per one meal. Also, currently (May 2024) there are construction works right under the windows (city view room), so it was quite loudly, however, they finish work at 5-6 pm, so not that bad. However, due to this, the taxi was not able to get me right to the hotel, so I had to walk around 200 meters with the heavy luggage, the same on the way back.

The location overall, kitchen available, very spacious apartment. The drug store right next to the hotel, in case you got sick. There were 3 vegetarian places found very close to the location, so it is very nice and a lot of other places to eat. 2 groceries also in the neighborhood. A lot of shopping stores are in the area. The ladies came to clean on the next day, very thoughtful.

Only slight disappointment was that it was a sofabed, so not as comfortable as a standard bed.

Very nice apartment, very clean. Location was perfect, close to the Central Railway station and just a nice 25 mins walk to the old town. Around 35 minutes walk to national stadium too. Both very easy, direct routes Good guy on reception. Great value for money and would recommend.

Our room was rather old. Old furniture in the hall, in the kitchen, bedrooms. From one side it could be a plus for someone and looks charming, "with a history" (as the building looks historic and beautiful) But you should be prepared that pictures are little bit better than reality. Also in our room there was a strong smell of cigarettes and we had to wind the room and to sleep with open windows.

Seems that it was the best location for us! Several minutes walk from the Warszawa Centralna and with a great access to public transport going to all city locations. Also the room was really very big: we had two bedrooms and a big hall. Nearby there are a lot of shopping centres and cafes.

Personally I wasn't a fan of the bed and it was a little bit noisy outside in the patio (with earplugs it was ok). Also: the cleaners forgot to empty the bin under the sink of the previous residents. Besides that the appartment was clean.

Friendly staff, great location, spacious room and bath, good atmosphere. The apartment was well-equipped.

The variety of kitchen utensils was poor and worn out, the only available pan was pretty damaged and not safe to use. I needed the kitchen to prepare food for a baby, and it became a bit of a challenge. Whole place was clean in general, but heating radiators were very “dusty”, to put it mildly.

Location is great, staff was friendly and helpful.

Standard is a bit low. There was a refrubishment going on next door.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Convenient check-in and check-out. I think this is good value for money spent. Would recommend for low budget trips where the location matter.

we found half water bottle with smoked cigarettes inside behind a curtain. i saw in the time of check out. we were there for just 1 night. i threw it away so that a hotel don't think we had smoked. That might be a cleaner who didn't checked properly. They do have old lock on a door, which was really hard to open every time.

A location is very easily accessible. receptionist were very nice and friendly, speak fluent English. Main central station is in Walking distance. Rooms are very big. . Enough space for sitting and relaxing together in bigger group. A water bottle were in the room.
