My room on the 4th floor faced the street, so there was a lot of noise when the door/window was open. Another shortcoming - the shower doesn't have a door, so you should expect a lot of water on the floor.

The room conditions in the apartment was nice to stay: enough space for everything, studio-room including kitchen with all necessary equipment, clean room, nice balcony with table and chairs. Wi-fi worked well. Location seems to be the most advantage of the hotel - right behind the Galeria Dominikanska - one of the central areas of Wroclaw with many bus/tram lines and shopping center and very close to all main places to visit (Oder river, market square, gallery...). Contactless check-in and check-out process was organizes well without any problems. There was also possible to leave the luggage for some hours after check-in in the administration office at the 3rd floor.

We weren't texted the door code the day of arrival as promised and didn't get a response from messaging the apartment so we had to get Bookings to chase it up. The apartment facilities were basic, pillows not great, very basic self catering with just 2 hobs, a microwave and kettle. Could have done with a toaster. For the price it was still a good stay.

Good location for Market Square, just a 10 min walk. Nice lobby, communal areas and lifts good. Decent size apartment with balcony. Good value for the price.

The location is comfortable, in the city centre, close to public transport, a mall and a lot of restaurants nearby - Etno cafe is my recommendation. The building looks cool from outside

One curtain was missing therefore from 6am there is sun shining directly into the bedroom. But also with the missing curtain it would have been unbearable, I don't get it why hotels don't pay attention to such an important detail and not install any blinds (411). The cushions were extremely small. This has also a big impact on my quality of stay.

New building, near city centre, it also has craft beer and restaurants downstairs. Helpful concierge. Our room had windows towards quiet side of the building. There is a little kitchenette, washing machine and big terrace.

Wasn’t emailed the code for the room, this was sent after approaching reception on arrival. Apartments are nice but need a little tlc in ours. Bathroom door didn’t slide properly, and the pillows on the beds were awful!! Did ask for some more but reception said no

The complex is lovely and the surrounding facilities of restaurants etc is great. Location and safe taxi pick up makes it perfect. Apartments are nice, balcony adds that bit extra.

On the room I had, there was a small hole just under the door handle, I didn’t feel comfortable with this as someone could easily look into the flat.

The option for Car Parking should be better advertised/explained, when i arrived there were no parking spots remaining. Luckily I found free street parking as it was the weekend

Hassle free communication and set up. Be aware this is contactless system, all communication is SMS or email including instructions. The position is very convenient for walking into the Old Town. Showers had good water pressure

It would be good to have a hair dryer in the apartment as a basic appliance.

Location was perfect, Everything was in a walking distance. Location has a convenient underground parking. Even windows were towards outside - windows had a good sound isolation.

Pillows were awful, more like sponge filled cushions. Lack of coat hangers. Towel change or at least more than 2 towels. A microwave would be a fab addition.

Good place, easy to find, close to city center. There is a big shopping mall 2 minutes from apartments, citycenter is 10 minutes walks from apartments
