The amenities provided were disappointingly limited. Firstly, there was no soap in the shower, and the soap dispenser inside the shower was visibly mouldy. Even the soap near the sink appeared diluted with water, which not only lacked hygiene but also seemed like a cost-saving measure. This aspect definitely needs attention and improvement to ensure a pleasant and sanitary stay for guests. Furthermore, the absence of a microwave was inconvenient. Additionally, the area around the TV was cluttered with wires and cords and could have been better organized to enhance the overall visual appeal of the apartment. Another issue I encountered was with the washing machine. While it was available, unfortunately, I discovered that the inside of the machine was mouldy.

Overall, the location was perfect, with numerous restaurants conveniently located within the building, and a shopping center nearby. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to clear instructions and a coded door. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and boasted a lovely balcony.

You only get one card to the elevator, which makes it complicated if you are more than one person and need to go up/down the building at different times. The security on the ground floor can give you access to the elevator, but get annoyed and very reluctant to help you for some reason. This can be easily solved if the host would simply give you 2 elevator cards!

A very solid apartment in a good location with a great terrace/view (we were on floor 6).

Bed not very comfortable and bed linen very cheap. White dirty carpet on the floor, clumsy sofa and no sofa table, no electric sockets to the table where I expected to work. Worst of all, very bad internet, which made me move to a real hotel. Not the fault of the Apartments building, but a crazy person was screaming loud in the court night both nights.

There were stains on the sofa, the shower leaked. I wasn't so keen on the receptionist when I booked in but that is my personal opinion. She was a bit scatty, told me to take the lift to my room but didn't give me card to use the lift. I was stood there like a dodo wandering why it won't move then she came running with the card!

It was easy to get to from the train station. The apartment was very well equipped with tea coffee and sugar. Lovely lounge and comfortable bed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I think that alone was the icing on the cake for me. Within walking distance to the many eating places and the old town.

Around 7min walk from the old town. Comfortable apartment with fully fitted kitchen and large bathroom. Dish-washer, microwave, kettle and washing machine included. There is reception at the building in 24/7 basis. There was complementary coffee at the apartment. The cafe and the restaurant at the ground floor are awesome!

CONS: - Only 1 towel per person. No curtains in the shower and no carpet on the bathroom, hence everything is soaked when you shower. - Very small pillows and bedding to be replaced.

The door was not working (5th floor) so I had to ask for help (3rd floor), then go to the reception (ground floor) then back to the 5th floor. The way to the garage is also not easy to find.

We arrived one and a half hours earlier, but we could use the underground parking garage (extra fee). The location is really good.

Privacy. You can hear your neighbours who tend to be loud. And the entire house can see you unless you close the curtains.

Room was a bit smelly. The bed was smelly. It should be washed. The balkony door doesn't allow for sleeping with an open window, which is a shame..it can also be noisy there.

That are not a big minuses, but anyway: Why there were plates, but there weren’t spoons, forks, knife?… 🤔 And also you should notify that you give a card for elevator and without this card you can’t get to your stage, unless you ask a man at the reception table. And there were any disposable slippers.

Good location, clean, you can check-in/out 24/7, there were glasses, cups, plates, kettle, stove, tea and sugar, and very good TV. Awesome balcony and comfortable bed. Very kind stuff.
