There was not such a thing - the owners live upstairs and are very responsive in case of issues. One can reach them even late in the evening, which was a huge plus.

I liked everything. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms so that two couples/bigger family can have a comfortable stay. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary devices, so one can eat comfortably and even cook basic meals. A huge advantage is the location - you can reach most of attractions in Zakopane and forget about eternal problems with (affordable) parking. A huge plus was a a lot of space (including storage space) as well as rest area in each of bedrooms - you don’t feel squeezed and can have some privacy, unlike in the modern apartment where they try to sell 35m2 surface with as an apartment for 4 people.

Everything was lovely, good location, there’s a beautiful view of the mountains from the patio, the beds were really comfortable. The host was very nice and kind. My favorite part was the paintings in the apartment - all of them were really unique and beautiful!!

In the description says that one of the rooms has 1 large double bed and 1 single bed, but this is not true! It has only 2 single beds. So there’s no way 5 people sleeping there.

The apartment is located a 10-minute walk away from the city centre, and just at the stop of the bus that takes you to the valley station of the Kasparowy Wierch cableway. It is a very spacious one, and has a lovely garden, we enjoyed the view. It had all the things we could wish for, and it was more than ideal for our family, with 2 separate bedrooms. I can only recommend this place :)

Nice comfortable 2room flat with warm interior. Little kitchen with all you need. On walking distance 10min from main city with all shops and restaurants. Supermarket behind the corner. Very friendly owner If we decide another stay in future, we'll start checking availability for this flat first.

All in all it was one if the best experience. Our host was very nice, kind, helpful. She answered quickly to our messages. She welcomed us. Location is great. Accommodation is clean, nice and comfortable. We travelled with a baby and 4 adults. The apartment was cosy, well equipped. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend this place and we would be happy to return.

Large, comfortable, well-equipped apartment, a 10-minute walk from the city center. You can park your car in the yard. Host is very kind. Hiking in the area, going up the cable car to the top of the hill is a very good program.

A very nicely located place. Around 200m to the nearest grocery shop (Biedronka) and roughly 600m to city center. The apartment was actually great - roomy, comfortable beds, nicely furnished and very well equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. WiFi fast and stable. And icing on the cake - easily accessible where one can sit outside the apartment and breath the fresh air. I honestly recommend this place.

One of the beds was in the kitchen/living room space, which was unexpected to us, but not a huge inconvenience.

The apartament has a great location, the kitchenette had all the necessary items (we were able to cook normal meals), there was a lovely terrace to sit outdoors (great views of the mountains from the terrace, too!). The apartament was clean and comfortable to stay in.

my individual ratings don’t match the 4 star overall because there were renovations going on the other part of the house and we didn’t find this out until arrival. it was only in the daytime 08:30-17:30 but was very disturbing to our ability to rest and relax at the property during the days.

well equipped, cute design, lots of space especially with outdoor dining in the beautiful garden too, a few sofa chairs in each room. really beautiful. on the opposite side of the town to the bus stop, but closer to a few of the hiking trail heads, owner was friendly and kind as well as patient with our delays arriving (bus/traffic to Zakopane is frequently 30-50% delayed due to roadworks etc).
