There is a lift to the apartment, but there are steep stairs inside the apartment to the second bedroom, so it is difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was amazing. There is paid 24h parking within 500 m of the apartment. When we needed something or had any questions, there was a quick reply and help.

I couldn't work out where the bikes were that was advertised as part of the deal.. Also I found the double bedroom was so light in the morning at 6am so could do with a black out blind

The upstairs twin bedroom is spacious and well fitted out but has low ceilings. The stairs leading upstairs are not really suitable for small children.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. In a brilliant location with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by and only a short walk to the Old Town. It's overall a great place to stay in Krakow. The photos are all accurate. It's a lovely apartment.

Possible stairs to second floor is not very safe for small children. Just not let go alone.

That is realy hight quality flat, super clean, great house. There was cable television, games, films. Coffee machine with delicious coffee, good dishes. Great location. We parked a car on street in front of apartment for quite ok price (possible we were lucky to find the parking).

It looks air condition dont work. It was cold down during the night when we open windows. There are some noise during the night from the street, but it is normall when you are in city center.

Perfect location in city center. A lot of plates, cups, glases, big cutlery,…Automatic coffe machine filled with coffe. Perfect equiped appartments.

Accommodation was spacious and modern with everything you needed. Perfect location for sightseeing and meals out. Breakfast included at local cafe was excellent.

The apartment passed the property maybe to an agency, which I sense they don't have any attention to customers needs (I called before the arrival to ask for luggage deposit, the girl replying me from the office in Warsaw doesn't have any sensibility on customer service). The fridge was broken, and when I pointed it out, they didn't do anything for repairing it or at least letting me know about it. All the stuff in the kitchen were dirty, so we spent some time to wash them when we arrived. The garbage room was locked and, although they asked us to throw it away before leaving, we couldn't because they didn't provide us the key. It's a pity to have such a beautiful apartment and waste it with a bad customers attention.

The apartment itself is very nice and very spacious, furnished and perfectly located.

Unfortunately after coming it turned out that it was pretty dirty. The floor wasn't clean, the shower was dirty and big bathroom was quite stinky inside. Rhe coffee machine also wasn't working.

Toilet vent was very noisy and wouldn’t stop. Imagine arriving at 2 AM to the apartment with 3 kids, when all you want to do is sleep after a long day of travelling, and having this awful noise disturbing you. We had to reach out several times until they’ve finally completely disconnected it and problem was solved. Shower drain wasn’t good so shower kept getting flooded until we called maintenance. Magnetic curtains couldn’t remain shut so we got a very early wake up due to outside light on the first morning, until we called maintenance. Wi-Fi coverage is mostly in the living room, which forced us to use (expensive) mobile data from almost anywhere else in the apartment. Air conditioners are very weak and barely cooled down the place in ~30 degrees Celsius. Elevator was broken down most of the time, forcing us to climb up and down 3 stories, often carrying a child, in a hot weather (stairway obviously not being cooled) not to mention we had to climb down with our entire luggage when we left, hurting our backs and possibly damaging them. (hosts said to have contacted building maintenance, but to no avail) Overall feeling of poor maintenance: There’s a tennis-ball size hole in the master bathroom door. It doesn’t reach the other side of the door, but it’s not something you’d expect when renting a luxury apartment at this price. Toilet paper holder is not tightened so toilet paper keeps slipping to the (flooded) floor Sink in the small bathroom also has draining issues and gets almost instantly flooded. Apartment is only cleaned after we leave – you can imagine that a house with 5 people of which 3 are little children tends to get somewhat dirty after a couple of days…

The good news: I must point out the fast response time – the team responded quickly to all our messages (and solved some issues), but never in my 44 years had I needed to contact my hosts so many times! We were given a 30% discount compensation, no hassle
