How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Takes a while to reach the old-town on foot - metro recommended. The balcony doors were locked and hopefully will be fixed soon.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Reserved space in the underground parking garage was a big plus. The Warsaw Uprising Museum is quite close on foot and there are plenty of shops and markets in the Mirow neighbourhood.

All Was Perfect! Host, Location, Most comfortable Bed in the Planet, Tha Apt is bigger than it loks in the pictures, u got al facilites neded and more... huge TV and living room, Good Kitchen, The Host Is also one of the best one i ever chated with. Thank you Pavel ! what ever u r doing there, kep doing it ! its perfect ! I wil go back no doubt about it, actualy, this was my second time there lol

Sofa is a bit worn, but everything else is great.
It is amazing, spacious and host is very good, it was our second time here. Location is good, close to the center, quiet.

The bed/mattrasses are not the most comfortable (a bit too soft and worn out) but this is rather personal shortcoming.
Everything was great! Super clean and spacious!

Only could be larger blankets in the bed, but it is not anything I would take rating down.
It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location if you want to be close to everything, but not in the center of attention and busy streets of people.

Everything was perfect. I was staying in this apartment with my husband, my friend and my cat. It was super comfortable for each of us :) Also hosting guy was super nice to us and help us with everything we needed. Highly recommend this apartment.

I liked everything.
I liked everything about this apt. beautiful and comfortable. the bed is super comfortable. location is great with everything you need just very close in the street. easy and close public transport to the city. the owner is super nice, always happy to help and answers very fast.thank you Pawel! you are the best! . This is a great apartment to stay in Warsaw - close to public transport and various amenities, but it's also possible to get a good rest there. It's very clean and the owner is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. It's surprisingly quiet for an inner city location and it's also functional. It's spacious and well designed.

The apartment is really nice - everything is new and clean. I stayed for a month there. The owner suggested to clean the apartment every week while I'm out which was very convenient - it never gets dirty. And after each time I found small presents.

This apartment is brand new, spacious with nice layout and very clean. It is furnished to a high standard with tasteful decor and comfortable beds. The location is perfect! Not only are you a few minutes’ walk to Browary Warszawski and Fabryka Norblina, where you can find excellent places to hang out and eat and drink but it is also at the heart of the business district and city centre. The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions to finding the place. Was such a pleasure to stay here! Highly recommended and will be booking again when I am back.

Apartment was neat and tidy yet lacking cosines and warmth. You can say it's more suitable for couples without children or for business occasions. Bed mattress may appear too soft for some with back pain.
Considering the purpose of bednight, location was not so relevant, though within perfect reach for groceries and other goods. Folding bed was a valuable asset. Free-of-charge water, coffee, tea and sweets were a pleasant surprise.
