the picture was not accurate to what i got. the rainshower wasnt working there were no balcony, not that huge space as you see it. i paid more than the mentioned price ( price + tax + cleaning fee + deposit)

Bathroom door handle was broken when I arrived, the cleaning team need to do a better job cleaning the shelves and window sill. Very dusty and with my allergy to dust I felt uncomfortable I had to clean myself.

The location is perfect, 10 min bus ride to the city center. Nice and spacious

A bit noisy because apartment is located next to work shop. Lack of cooker which was disappointing. Only hob and microwave.

Close to the most beautiful park I ever been to: Łazienki Warszawskie, just 7min walking distance. Wisła river around the corner, also a bonus!

the cleanliness in the apartment is not great. dirty apartment I had hair on the bed broken equipment building caretaker not very welcoming noises that wake you up I left the flat a day before the end of my stay

Hair dryer didn't work. The bad was so terrible that it was almost impossible to sleep on it. Furniture was damaged. Ants everywhere. Every time you're going to the table there's 10+ ants on them. Check-in's no earlier than at 3 p.m.

Location is good, not far from the river, place is easy to access, taxi to city center costs 3-4 eur, public transport is 3-7 min from the place (depends on the stop you prefer). Price was good. Wi-Fi was good. Additional blankets in the room.

Apartment floor was dirty, dust on the windowsills, TV not working, no toiler paper. And the best part - super thin walls with the neighbouring apartment B, where someone got back drunk at 2 AM and continued vomitting through the night, which could be heard as if it was happening in our bathroom. Building itself is next to a busy highway, a lot of sirens and cars going during the night. No AC, so the windows must be kept open, otherwise it gets very hot. There's also a car service nextdoors, which was removing wheels for approximately 2 hours, starting 6 AM.

Very easy to check in.

It was the small things that made this stay a little disappointing. No hand soap, no detergent for washing machine, odd towels that left fluff all over me. Just seemed like it needed some attention to detail.

Location was fantastic, quite and safe neighbourhood. Easy check in with good kitchen facilities.

The accommodation was very dirty, even though the facility charges extra fees for their cleaning services. Upon my arrival there were some dirty towels hanging in the bathroom left by previous guests. The kitchen was just gross, crumbs everywhere, an oven has never been cleaned, a dirty kettle. A few month dusts on all blinders, stains all over the place. In general the flat was just disgusting. You would expect that during the Covid situation the facility will take extra measures, however it was not the case. Adding a few picture which capute the cleaning standards of the facility. On top of that service is far from perfect, limited contact with the service team, they do not answer any calls and it takes a long time before they answer WA messages. I do not recommend it, it was far from comfort.
