The apartment was enormous and absolutely spotlessly clean. In terms of value for money it was 10++++. The manager, who also ran the coffee shop, where we took excellent breakfasts, was highly professional and very welcoming. We would not hesitate to recommend it and would certainly use it again.

The apartment was excellent. It was equipped with all the necessary things. It's position in the old city was very nice. The girls at the reception were very kind and helpful. The included breakfast was superb.

Although not a criticism, I would warn anyone who has any mobility issues that there is no lift to the apartment.

The apartment was was spacious with all the facilities within that you might need. The balcony/terrace was also very spacious and gave the impression of a private garden area on the 3rd floor.

The apartment is not soundproof, and there is a lot of light that comes into the bedroom- if you need a dark room to sleep, I suggest bringing an eye mask. The river view wasn't fantastic either, but I'm also very short so it may have just been me.

The apartment with the river view was very cozy and nice, and Netflix was a nice touch. The bed and couch were both incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were some of the biggest I've seen! I definitely enjoyed the stay.

There are so many pictures that it is difficult to figure out which ones match the apartment you have rented. The location was not as the address in the description - we had to walk quite far with heavy bags, as we had already paid for parking. There was listed "air-conditioning", yet there were only fans in the apartment. The location was not as central as we thought.

Overall I think this place is more for renting a room for hours and for ladies of the night then for proper tourists.... the place was terrible, the room smelled like an ashtray when we came in, with weird white stains on sofas, and dirty cloths in closet ( the reception said probably cleaners left it there😶) , lamp in living room was broken glass, kitchen very dated with skewed lamps, broken fridge doors, stains of blood in drawer in bathroom, shower wasnt working when we addressed that someone came and fix it partially but not completely which judging it was new years eve and we were going out - was uncomfortable to say the least. mattrees was very old and uncomfortable, wifi didnt work so they told us maybe we can try to plug to neighbours wifi....😦 we did but it only worked for us in living room not in bedroom... The receptionist was trying to be nice and gave us some money back but cosidering we would pay half this price in a near by Marriot Courtyard - with new towels every day and service - its just not worth it.

Walls are made of plywood, so you can hear guests from another apartment. Disappointed by cobwebs on the ceiling above my bed. And nobody offered for changing bed sheets and cleaning in 10 days stay. No corkscrew or bottle opener. You should wait the manager for keys. They could have key box like every other apartments. To sum up, the cost of the apartment is too much even if you include good location specification. As I have experienced, for sure you can find better apartments in Szczecin for same price.

someone at night was ringing our intercom multiple times and woke us up. Also bathroom faucet needs plumber work since it is completely loose and moves around.

location and easy process of getting into parking space even before check in time. Apartment is nicely set up with everything you may need (even a washer)
