There was no option to turn the heating off and it was too hot in the room. We had to open a couple of windows but there was a party in the club downstairs till early hours and it was super loud and we couldn’t sleep. Also it was recently decorated which gives it a fresher look but personally I preferred the previous decor as it was full of character and original brickwork was a great feature.

Location is perfect and so close to all the points of interest, restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel has an amazing view. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable.

Floor wasn't very clean. Can feel bits when walking with socks. Window also needs some cleaning, especially it's the highlight of the apartment, with direct view of city. There's not a stovetop and pan for a simple fried egg in the morning. Sponge for dish washing wasn't new.

Location was perfect for city walk. Apartment is in the old watch tower with window in all directions, very cool. Shower, heating worked. Towels, instant coffee, water kettle available.

Unfortunately the design of the bathroom was not thought through, the drainage didn't work properly and as a result the whole bathroom turned into a swimming pool. Cleaning lots of water from the floor is not something u have in mind when going on vacation. Also something is wrong with the water heater. Water changing from hot to cold without even toughing the tap. Again it is not so fun to have an ice cold shower when you didn't plan one.

Very spacious room with an amazing view. Big comfortable bed, huge windows. Apartment have everything you may need including tea and coffee and drinking water.

No towel rack in the bathroom. No sink or kitchen so it is a hotel room not an apartment. Forth floor no elevator, but this is manageable.

The room and the bathroom sizes are big, the place was warm and the view was fantastic. Perfect position.

Room was feeling cold and very moist. Heaters were off so we could not do anything about it. Nothing beats falling asleep in bedlinen that feels moist and putting on slightly moist yeans in the morning ;)

It definitely could be cleaner. There was sand on the floor and the paint was peeling on the walls. The whole place would need a bit of work.

The building itself it spectacular and beautiful. We stayed in the tower and had a good view of the old town and cobblestone streets.

The windows blinds are quite light in color and cannot fully stop the sunlight...it is quite bright in the room when sun goes up. I recommend changing them with more dark in color. However this is not an issue at all if you have a good sleep...but it could be an issue for someone having issues with getting into deep sleep.

Lights in stairwell were tricky to use as timed and scaffolding on outside of the building right by windows which wasnt advised in advance made us a little nervous of builders/privacy

I'd prefer the shower to have been better maintained. Other than the beds which seemed new, the rest of the furniture were a bit worn out. To my liking I found the price a bit on the higher scale.

Smell from the bathroom wasn't great. People sitting in a beer garden outside have been very loud until 2am.

We had two 20kg suitcases, so walking up to the fourth floor then back down again wasn't ideal. There was also an odd "canalisation" smell around the bathroom/main door area and the street can be loud until 3am due to people being out late.

The bed was extremely comfy! Also the reception staff are lovely. Good value for money and the building was gorgeous.
