It was totally disappointed with bathroom leakages as well not a single vessel to cook food in kitchen there is no kitchen tissue paper as I said totally lake of general daily use item. Bad Linen was also so.. so. Window curtain also broken. There is underground parking in the same building I think it should be included in the rent but owner charged 50 PLN cash for 2 days of parking. We are not recommended at all..

Only the Location because it’s near to old town as well so many locations is near to property.

Owner of the apartment is a liar. He wrote he has two apartment, we choose apartment with a balcony, but got the smallest studio. Everything is too old. His pictures are not real on booking.com More over, it's very expensive flat with that condition. It's terrible. The shower is brocken , and it's wet everytime. The glass on the door is brocken because falls down everytime. Everything was broken even the iron and the desk for ironing, the childs bed, the main bed,even chairs, and table. The are no normal plates. There is no heating. Heating was blocked, it was very cold, we have been with a baby. Also balcony window didn't close well. He never clean. He told the guest shoul clean. The are no ventalation in the kitchen, the owner said it's not for cooking. No privacy, he was knocking the door almost every day. We were stressed. Also he takes picture of your own passport. Because , he was not helpful just made problem for us. It was sad we paid for all week. And couldn't cancel. He wanted to earn extra money for air. Booking.com can nothing do with that, so the owner of this apartment continues to lie people from over the world. It's sad .

the heater didn't work and I was very cold for 2 days. the washing room door was damaged, it got wet in the bathroom and the owner went into the apartment! didn't solve it!!! I do not recommend !!! The curtains are very light and it gets a lot of light and is bad for those who want to rest during the day. Could improve the space!

I did'nt like how the beddings settings. In general the bed and bedsheets specially where my kids using unsatisfied and disgusting,very bad hygiene, the beddings doesnt change a new. It must be every new guests change to new wash and clean beddingssettings ,i dont know how many person used that beddings, had blood in the bedsheets. And there was a lot of mosquito. And the wifi was very bad signal. My husband and my kids had bitten by mosquitos when they woke up there was so much swelling and redness. I was wondering if it was on the bed or in the mosquitos but i saw some mosquitos when were on the way out. I can say that cleanliness is very important specially the bed and beddings in every new guests.

I like the place of the apartment. We are in the centrum. The staff was very kind and approachable.

1. On the arrival it turned out that rented apartment smelled of tobacco and perfume, the owner offered switching to second apartment for a higher fee, No information about the increased fee was mentioned until we had agreed to take the other apartment. There was no information about any of it before the arrival. 2. Even though higher fee was paid the apartment wasn't in a good state: windows didn't have curtains, tap on the sink was not usable and almost not attached, ceiling had a huge water (I hope) stain, bathroom doors handle was not attached properly and a piece of a wall was missing behind the power outlet making it risky to use, especially by kids. For the price I expected none of this to happen. 3. Parking is not included in the price. There is an extra fee of 25 PLN per day to use a garage, else you need to find a spot in a surrounding area, skipping roads close to the building.

furniture is bad , very bad very noisy street , we couldn’t sleep well. not much clean apartment need new paint and new furniture apartment location in main street , u cant find a parking for your car so you should pay money to rent a park in the building. stupid system about going in and out of the parking. you can go from level -1 to 5 but you cant from 5 to -1 , you should go from 5 to 0 and go walking to the parking under the building in -1 to take your car . the owner isn’t much nice with the people from middle east !! or that’s what he was with us at least ! you can’t take a shower because it’s very cold or very hot you can’t make it medium!!

Pictures on booking do not correspond to room we have got. On pictures everything seems to be new. Rooms seems to be to backside. We have got very noisy street side room (3 single beds + 2 single beds apartment) on first floor with apartments. When people were entering the building trough the main door, it was smashing also so noisy. Bathroom was not very clean. You could see mold on walls and inside shower cabin. Shower head holder was broker. Door in bathroom with some halls. Kitchen chairs so dirty you don't want to sit on. Furniture was shabby and falling apart. The best was when I asked owner to come and check it he said somebody has to flood his bathroom and he said those chairs got dirty very quick. Should be barrier free but elevator was not working. Parking should be available, but there was not mentioned height limit. We had box on the roof of our car which we didn't want to put down so we could not park inside building (also fee of 25 zloty per day was not mentioned in offer).

Its central location in Szczecin, walking distance to old town. Biedronka grocery shop just under the building. Otherwise no other positive things to mention.

Bathroom needs some repairs, broken glass inside shower, dangerous for kids. The top shower needs cleaning and there is no place to hang the hand shower. There are no curtains in the roof windows, so room is very bright in the morning, if you like to sleep in the dark, that is a big problem.

Location in city centre is perfect, walking distance from everything, supermarket and restaurant next door.
