Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Latvia- If you have visited the Apartments in the off-season, the way from the hotel to the apartment is a bit troublesome, because it is extremely hot in the SPA area, but still very cold outside. The temperature difference is big and it can be a challenge for your health, especially if you have small children. - Some SPA areas were overheated. Although the employee at the SPA reception kindly explained that there are customers who still complain that the SPA area is too cold. - There were no cutlery in the apartment - spoons, forks, knives. - The bathroom is slightly frosty because the tiled floor is not heated.

PolandOn the flip side, there was one thing that bugged me a bit. The apartment's location meant we had to walk outside to get to the pool and sauna, which was a bit of a hassle when it was cold and rainy, especially with the kids in tow. It's not a huge deal but something to think about if you're planning to use those facilities a lot during your stay.
Really liked my stay here! The food at the restaurant was amazing – so many choices and everything tasted great. Breakfast was a winner too, with loads of options from hot dishes to yummy pastries. The pool and sauna area was super nice and relaxing, and always clean. Speaking of clean, the rooms were spotless, which I really appreciated. Definitely a great experience all around!

BelarusIt was a bit dirty in the terrase zone and on saturday at 6AM someone desided to mow lawn.
The SPA zone is perfect, as well as personnel. The restaurant menu is another BIG PLUS. The bed is super comfortable and cozy.
