The living area has little natural light and the bathroom is quite small. But these factors are minor.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment, right in the middle of the old town. Very well appointed kitchen and 2 bedrooms make it well suited for a family. Good shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast included in the tariff is excellent and hosts are superb. Very good value for money.

Breakfast system can be improved a bit by serving a buffet instead of making an order (it was prepaid in our case). I believe it can safe some time for tourists who want to start a day faster without waiting for the ordered food. Existing breakfast system is the only one point that holds me back of giving 10 in this review.

1. Communication was great. Greeting before arrival, asking if we need something beforehand, reply was always fast, almost immediate. Smooth contactless smooth checking. No problems on any our request. We asked to prolong our staying and were given the appartement on the same floor on the time we needed, so 5 min move out / move in. 2. The apartment was clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable enough. 3. Location was just perfect. The apartment is located between 2 main tourist areas: Old city and Wawel Castle + river. The street was quite but the Main Square and the rest of the attractions were just around the corner. 4. Breakfast was served in the cafe on the ground floor. Food was tasty and coffee was extremely great, waitress were polite and friendly

The apartment was very spacious and very clean , and the beds were so comfy , we had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs 1 morning and was delicious, we didnt have to leave for the airport until 6 p.m so the staff helped to store our cases until we had to leave , also its a great location, it tales 2 minutes to walk to the main square. Hopefully returning to krakow next year and hope to book the same apartment

It is not their fault but be aware that the apartment located in the top floor can have issues with the pigeons making noise since early in the morning so it can be difficult if you are a light sleeper like me (same issue with the squeaky floorboards if somebody decides to go the bathroom during night while the rest of the people is sleeping)..

Big and beautiful apartment, excellent location (just 1-2 blocks from main square), the staff was very helpful. Good isolation so it was warm. Excellent value for money.

The apartment was a bit tired and needed a couple of repairs ie plugs tiles etc.. oh and the heating was low so it wasn't that warm.

Couldn't fault the staff they went out of the way to accommodate us and the location was amazing , it was clean and for the price I would definitely stay there again.. Anna was absolutely amazing! Thanks Anna ❤️

There is no lift (but this is expected in an old building). The restaurant at the ground floor (owned by our host) is only open for breakfast, but not for lunch or dinner: this is a pity, because we had wonderful breakfasts there at reasonable prices.

The apartment is part of a nice historic building, located in a quiet street, just a few steps away from the central market square. The rooms are very large with high ceilings. There is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and the heating system works very well. Anna, our host, was very nice and friendly and provided us with a lot of valuable suggestions about the city, the typical food and the best restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment, which was perfect for our family of four people.

It's hard to criticise such a great place to stay, but just to point out that there is no lift given it is such an old building. As our apartment faced the street, even on the 2nd floor there was occasional noise from the street during the night. These wouldn't put us off booking here again though.

Paul and his team did an excellent job of looking after us before and during our stay. Anna responded quickly and positively to any questions we had or advice we needed. The apartment (no5) was spacious, well equipped, warm with a small balcony above the street from the main living, kitchen, dining room. Large comfy beds with enough storage for our short stay stuff. Large, clean, well appointed shower room. Family stayed in a smaller apartment (no3) which opened to an internal courtyard balcony/walkway and they enjoyed a similarly enjoyable experience. The breakfast included in our deal, at Paul's Place, the cafe below, was freshly prepared by Matthew, served efficiently and pleasantly by Polina and was tasty and filling; a great selection to choose from to set us up for the day. We were a two minute walk from the main square in a small side street with most of the main attractions and shopping only a 5 to 15 minute walk. The apartment and cafe were a great base for our thoroughly enjoyable break in Krakow.
