Everything was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. The location was beautiful, and close enough to Zakopane by car. We never met our host but they were helpful. Also they are dog friendly, without charging an extra surcharge, which was very welcome for us as we were travelling with our four-legged friend.

For foreign visitors Polish knowledge may be an issue, because administrator doesn't speak fluently in English. However, we communicate via messages in English effectively, so we didn't have any problems with that.

The place was quite and cosy, administrator reacted quickly on our calls and messages. Very clean rooms and linen, plus nice Rose bonus on arrival we didn't expect ;-) Be aware, that the place is quite far from public transport stop (30 minutes by foot), and taxi is very limited in this area, so it is better to have a car.

I thought the apartment was air-conditioned, unfortunately it wasn't. The location was far from the centre so we needed taxi in daily basis. There were no cleaning services for the entire week we stayed in. Also no net on the window and the insects got in the room.

The location was good for the view. The host was so kind to fetch us medicine when we got sick (thanks for that) and the quite nature helped to relax.

For 4people only one bed and second they gave sofa which was broken. There was no shower gel nd shampoo. Window was not properly working

I was required to alert the property an hour or so prior to my arrival via text or e-mail even though I gave them a 2 hour timeframe as to when to expect me. However, I had no reception for the majority of my drive there. I lucked out as I crested a hill & managed to shoot off a message on booking.com that I was an hour away. I find this to be a very inconvenient request due to lack of cellphone reception. The individual that checks people in does not reside at the location & seems to only come around to check people in. Extremely frustrating especially when there is an issue (as I came to find out after she left). Absolutely no one around. The drive from town to the location is a bit hairy due to the steep hill & narrow road. I managed but was happy to have done it while there was still light out. I had booked a mountain room view (with a balcony) & was instead shown a room on the ground floor with a view of some nice tall hedges & access to kids playground equipment. The 'reception girl' moved me up a floor when I explained to her this was not what I was expecting. Ended up with a half-view of the mountains. Better than nothing. However, there was an excavator working next door that started up the next day in the morning again (it was a Saturday). So there was some outside noise. The room had a funky smell. I think it was the leather couch. The water stunk even worse. Extremely bad. Like plastic. I have never experienced this especially in mountain resort towns. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so that I could have brought some drinking water with me. There was bottled water in the room however only enough for one person (4 small bottles). There is absolutely no counter space in the 'kitchen' nook/area. No shelf or shower caddy in the shower. At least the counters had room to stack and grab stuff as needed when showering. The internet did not work at all for me. I had to connect to another room.

The room was clean. There was bottled water and a bottle of wine in the room. The room and bathroom were a good size. Plenty of parking available. The check-in/reception girl was nice/friendly although she departed as soon as she checked me in. She was also helpful when I had wifi issues. The bed was comfortable. Good pillows. Nice little balcony.
