My in-room locker key decided to die in my hands, but - again - the staff was 100% helpful! I expected some kind of fine or so (all in all, the key broke into two in my hands), but nothing like that!

The personel was superfriendly, 24/7 reception works for real! Even though I didn't expect any luxuries in a 8-person shared room, but the bed was so comfortable that I prolonged my morning stay ;) Also, the building has its absolutely specific climate of a 100-year-old tenant house in Warsaw. That's been an added value for me.

The entire hostel is located mainly on the 3rd floor, and the building has no lift. This wasn't a problem for me since I was traveling light. But just something to keep in mind when booking. Also, in our area, I estimated 4 rooms, 4 bunks each, with only one small bathroom (sink toilet, shower), The hostel wasn't crowded, but in high season that might be a bit inconvenient.

Great value, about a 10-15 minute walk from Warsaw Central Station. Great value, and very helpful staff, 24/7 front desk. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The mattresses could definitely need some change. The linen is given to you upon check in it's not the cleanest nor does it smell clean, although it was nicely folded and ironed. The place could use some more attention to detail for cleaning and renovation. The doors for the bathroom are old, and the shower head wasn't fully functioning. The charging port is not the best and cant utilise both at the same time, depending on the plug you have.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Answered my queries and showed me around upon checking. I was able to checkout very early and they honoured my request for a top bunk. The amount of bathroom and toilets are very adequate and cater well for the demand. Lockers available and fit a backpack easily. Light and charging point with every bed. The hostel is surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Very close to local transport and a short walk away from everything you need. For the value it comes highly recommended for a short break and I would stay again.

The matress itself is a bit old, and when you lay down on the lower bunk bed, you can see that upper mattress is not so fresh. However, it was still a good one to sleep on. No lift, stairs only, but it was mentioned.

Good refurbishment in general, rooms are clean and tidy. There is a common room near reception and a full kitchen. Also, there was a smaller kitchenette near my room. The shower and toilet were also very clean! 24/7 reception, possibility to rent a towel and buy shower gel/slippers. Lockers for each person in the room. And the stairs in the hall are magnificent :)
