How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Cost for charging a car could be lower… the air conditioning was *automated* I could not breathe and change my temperature lower than 21c

Very nice swimming pool and sauna, so peaceful, room is very well designed and functionnal ! And special bath thermal water was also great !

Never accept invoice per email. Two weeks from my stay still nothing despite several emails and assurances it will be sent asap.
Facility, gym, pool, sauna were just great. Breakfast on top level.

there could have been more options to choose from for breakfast and a greater variety for fruits and sweets.
the location is great. the termal waters and good restaurants near make for a perfect stay. great for just staying in the hotel or takings a walk around.

The wifi connection is still insufficient. Staff at the reception partly very unfriendly. Rooms are not cleaned. This is incomprehensible given the price of the hotel room

Nothing to change really, except the hotel is very popular during weekends/holidays so you can expect the crowd. Reception works efficietly though to minimise waiting time. Prize is high but entry to Termas and breakfast make it a little less tough to swallow.
The modern, clean and quiet hotel with small apartment rooms located very close to Termas. we booked 21m2 apartment with 2 rooms. It was extremely clean, all necessary equipment was in place including electric kettle, some teas, coffees and water. The prize inlucded entry to Termas for 2.5hrs for whole family (we travelled in 4) and very good, rich Swedish-buffet style breakfast. The prize was relatively high but worth it.

Staff partly very unfriendly. English at the reception is spoken only very poorly. Hardly any internet signal in my room. Very uncomfortable for business travellers

Buffet breakfast wasn’t the best (lack of egg options, pancakes were stale)
Modern, sparkling clean hotel with friendly staff, just a 5-minute walk from the thermal pools. Our bathroom tub had a faucet with direct access to thermal water - a great perk.

The staff didn't allow me and my family to check in 45 min. before the check-in time although the room was completely readu at that time
Usually the property provided a voucher to visit a nearby Termy Unejow, not this time. The property changed its policy and gives vouchers starting from two nights stay and Booking failed to inform me about it. o had to pay extra money because of the Booking negligence. Moreover th3e time difference between the check-in and check=out time is getting bigger. In this particular case I couldn't check in before 16:00 and had to leave before 11:00. In other words I paid for 24 hours but was allowed to stay only 19

High additional rate if you travel with the dog or cat. I was unpleased that paying this fee there were no possibility to choose more quit room for us and our dog.
The hotel is very close to the Thermy Uniejów, aparthotel offer 1 free of charge ticket to Thermy with 2,5 duration. Nice forest is nearby. Breakfast also quit good, a big variety of food and beverages.

It is totally inappropriate to ask for extra money when requesting a towel for the 05 year-old child traveling with us. The reservation was made for 02 adults + 01 child, with price including the child. Staff argued with hotel policy and suggested not to book via booking....
