not enough bedding for the second bed (sofa). it would be useful to have a spare set for other occasions when guests are staying. Apartment quite small and persons can be felt a bit cramped

Owner always was in touch. For me it’s important because I’m traveled on business by car and need to plan everything advanced as mach as possible. Detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment. Free and easy parking near apartment - was an advantage. Tidy space.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It locates near the metro stations and it’s very convenient to commute to any place in Warsaw.

It was a good location, free nice garding parking, every flat has his place for a car. Flat was very cosy and there were enough space. It was warm and very quiet. In the kitchen are everything you need to prepare or to warm the food. I liked lighting, many options with the lamps. It was very easy to get to the apartment and instructions how to go to the parking also cliear. I couls stay here for a longer term, because I liked the place.

Building looks old, garbage around it, and apartment smelled.. no idea where it came from but even room spray did not help. Maybe prior attendants were cooking something really smelly or neighbors.

Great location, about 20 min to old town. Place is small but clean and comfortable, have assigned parking space, security. Directions were clear how to find the place.

Not sure if tap water has unpleasant smell in whole Warsaw or only in this apartment.

Apartment is fully equipped and has all you need. It might look a bit larger in photos, but space is enough for 2 people. Free parking is a huge plus. Old town is a bit further, but walkable distance.

Great location, the choice of materials is key for an amazing and cozy experience. Well surprised with two tv systems, both with netflix! Very nice and clean toilet. Fully equipped apartment. It's a quiet place. Awesome.

Even if not being superlarge, the apartment is extremely cozy, stylish, well-planned and has everything what one may need. It was very warm despite the cold weather outside. Separate appreciation for the check-in, the instructions are awesome and the check-in worked flawless. Daniel was so kind to call us to say the apartment was ready for check-in before the time it was supposed to (thanks a lot!). Location is very central and most of places to see are reachable by foot. We would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Mattress on a bed could be a bit harder, at least for me it was a bit soft. The house is standard block house and might scare Western European friends. Opposite neighbors were cooking with opened door and smell went to our place, of course that's not something owner can change.

Good location, everything is compact but very good planned. Coffee tea, napkins all other needed things are all present, which rarely is.
