Although the room and bedding was clean the walls were very dusty. Someone with allergies might struggle.

Location next to the Termy Zakopane. A lot of great facilities for children. They also let us into our room well before our check in time, which was very kind gracious of them. They prepared extra sleeping space for us.

This hotel offers a great compromise between quality, location, services and price. The connection with the acquapark makes it perfect. The city center is at walkable distance.

Breakfast was very good , the location is fantastic very close to all main attractions the aqua park is joined with the hotel so there’s big traffic there with children very very busy hotel I can’t belive how quiet was my room in all this busy season of half term thank You dobry hotel 🙌

Thermostat/controller of the AC in the room. What an evil thing. Light coming out of this device during the night was ridiculous. We saw shadows. I could read a book sitting next to it. We tried to cover it, but then the AC stopped working. It took me one whole night to find out, how to turn off the display. Food in the restaurant was just average.

This hotel is kids friendly. There is a big room, where children can play. There are plenty of toys. In your room you can have a bed for children. There are many small dining chairs. In addition you can get to the aquapark right through the hotel, so you do not have to go outside. It makes visit of this facility so much easier. But, I would not go there if I would not have a child.

Only complain I have is there is no coconut water in the minibar or in the bar. I can recommend coconut water from quest food called Cononaut here in Poland.

It’s a nice stay and we will definitely be there again. Staff was so kind and helpful, rooms were nice and food was excellent

Room could be a bit cleaner as 1 pillow cover we found dirty on arrival (probably did not clean well during wash and person who put it on pillow did not see that was dirty.) These things happen sometimes.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, there were 2 mattresses next to each other that kept sliding apart, so there was always a hole in the middle of the bed. Parking is not included in the price, the daily rate is a bit much, and it makes no difference whether you park in front of the hotel or in an underground car park. Also, the daily fee is charged even if you leave the hotel at 10am on the last day.

Great location with direct access to the aquapark. The food is great and plentiful. Friendly and helpful staff. The spa part of the hotel is also adequate. The rooms are extremely clean.

It rised the expectation, but small things can be annoying. Regular rooms are too small for families. Elevators are slow and does not recognize directions - you call it down, get in and goes up. Very small Spa. Look at your package when you book, as you need to pay for both parking and termal baths. Cleaning is on demand. Restaurant is too small if hotel is full. Small things, as I wrote…

Everything was fine.

Hotel was super clean, quiet, cozy and abit fancy. Restaurant ala carte meniu was very nice, with polish traditional dishes and usual choices. Beef tartare is amazing. Hotel has included saunas so its nice addition. Breakfast was amazing too with wide variety of dishes. Also very nice addition if the weather is bad - swimming pool with jacuzzi, kids zone, slides and thermal pool outside.

The breakfast was magnificent! It was a very wide choice of dishes. The hotel is located not far From the center. Special thanks to the staff! The restaurant at hotel is also fantastic!
