We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCan be noisy with young children running the floors at night,but not too much of an issue if you're use to that sort of thing, but I wouldn't consider it a peaceful hotel.
Very good hotel, location central to centre (15 min walk) and ski slopes. (10 min drive) Very nice family hotel, Tremendous breakfast, great selection of food. Easy access to the Thermal baths and aquatic park next door is very convenient. Staff Very helpful and friendly.

United Kingdomnothing. the location is great if you are skiing in harenda and you have a car. in a high season the traffic is congested in the centre of zakopane so it is good to be just outside the centre area. the centre is 15min walking distance
the property offers anything that you’ll need for a great stay in zakopane. great customer service, amazing food, fantastic aqua park, parking for your car, etc. everything has gone above our expectations and it is great value for money!

Israel- Elevators were very slow to arrive when going down, and mostly arrived full. We just gave up and took the stairs most of the time. - There was a slight misunderstanding when we asked to clean the room from the reception, and it was cleaned only 24h later. It is simpler to just use "please make up my room sign" like in other hotels. - When it was cleaned, the new towels had some stains on them.
+ Superb breakfast, probably the best and most varied I've ever had in any hotel. + Spacious room with a nice armchair, also a nice balcony although we didn't get to use it much. + Very kind staff who answered all of our queries and requests with the greatest care.

MaltaThe only down side of our stay was the fact that the water park was under construction, and we weren’t advices beforehand. Other than that, everything was perfect!
The location of the hotel is quite central and usually it is close to the bus station, however at the moment it is under construction, so we had to walk around 15 minutes to get to the bus stop. The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre, so we did most things by walk. The room was really big and spacious, and well equipped. All in all, Everything was perfect and all the staff helped in answering any queries that we had.

United KingdomThe room was not cleaned or any of the towels changed in our whole stay at the hotel. we did ask for more coffee for the room sadly was told we could not have any more, had to buy from local shop.
The general stay was very good, breakfast was very nice and spa was really nice also. staff at breakfast were great and helpful.
