The Spa staff were not very friendly and it felt like we were intruding by asking questions and booking a massage. Everyone else was great though & i wouldnt let it get in the way of enjoying yourself

The auxiliary bed in the famili room was far from comfortable - noisy at every move and not matching the otherwise exceptional standard of the entire service.

Very nice hotel with a touch of luxury. We had a family room consisting of two rooms and two bathrooms, very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was offering real treat menu, combining polish traditional cuisine with modern trends.

Don't remember anything that was wrong or I felt unhappy about.

The hotel is located near the river so there is a beautiful outdoor zone for chilling and having coffee with a view. They also have a playroom for children with stuff looking after them, that's a great value for the families. Breakfast buffet provides a great choice of options, coffee is great, restaurant and bar are also highly recommended. The hotel organizes different activities for the guest, like concerts or bonfire in the evening.

A wonderful place, near a stream and mountains. The hotel is very cozy, clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, you feel like you are on a cloud. The food in the restaurant is excellent, I definitely recommend trying the beef. A very nice place to relax, I think we will come back sometime for a vacation.

Bartender very moody. Beds could be better. Lots of kids on the weekend, especially in welness area. Two lovely jacuzzi outside occupied by one family with kids. No variety in ala cart restaurant, terrible scallops. Reception staff don't know much about turist atractions of the area.

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Staff in the reception and restaurant very polite and helpful. Towels changed every day. Beautiful decor, nice and cosy rooms, great porter. Very good female massager and beauty treatment lady. Male massager was very delicate and I didn't feel tha massage at all. Also didn't explain anything about what he is doing (4 element massage). Very nice area, lots of opportunities for active holiday. Overall very nice hotel, would recommend.

Excellent hotel, the room was very nice and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate all our request. The breakfast was superb, plenty options for everyone (gluten-free and lactose-free options were highly appreciated). The spa and the facilities were great. We really enjoyed our stay in Aries.

There is a missing cooling pool and silence zone after sauna.

Breakfast, bed, room all services were perfect. Very nice and clean hotel. Plenty hikes around, nicely maintained city/village. I would totally recommend everyone to stay here.
