Our room wasn't cleaned at all even if we hung out the sign for cleaning every morning. Notified reception on the first day and they promised room would be cleaned the following day, but this was not done. Collected toilet paper from reception and they provided clean towels.

Breakfast was good. My son missed a broader menu of hot food.

The room service only cleans the room on every three, if you ask. The internet is unstable, and I had to have meetings on mobile internet. However, nothing is more shamming than coming to the breakfast and having the crew take the plate from your hands and ask you to leave. The reason is that the breakfast on weekends is at 7:30, but on weekdays, it is at 6:30, and I was already serving myself after confirming the room number. All of this is to deny access to "fresh vegetables", as the chef collected them in a dumpster diving. Moreover, they are limiting bottles of water, even if it’s paid. It means you have to die of thirst because they want to rub on your face that the water is obviously extra charged. I preferred moving to a reputable hotel brand nearby instead of extending my stay.

most of the staff were abrupt-unwilling to be helpful or polite and as for the dreadful woman at the spa one simple solution-sack her. I have never ever visited any hotel where the staff were so rude and unfriendly

1.Ladies at reception could be a bit more nicer, customer friendly. 2.We got one dirty or used towel - old stains of make up on it possibly. 3.Breakfast price was shocking- 70 zloty per person. At first I thought it meant to be for couple but reception staff clarified it's 70 zloty pp.

The air-conditioning was very poor and we barely felt it. We called a technician twice, and he said it's working, but the air output was extremely weak and the room was hot. We received a fan a day before we left, which was nice but a little late. The toiletries were lacking (only a multi-purpose soap). The breakfast was just okay, no bacon or meat other than sausages. There was no place to buy food at night, the bar was only open until 22:00.

The gym was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, we received two complimentary water bottles every day

Rooms are a bit "old looking", with moquette on the floor. Breakfast is too expensive, leveraging on the fact there is not so much more around, even if this is not true for a careful searcher.

Very good location, near SKM stations, in the Oliwa Business area, so that the hotel is very suitable for business trips. My room (a corner one) with a lot of lights, even the window in the bathroom, that is so rare.

Unfortunaetly hotel is not serving any gluten free breakfest. I add my request 1 month in advance and I remind about GF needs once arrived. It was very unpleasent surprise that 4 star hotel doesn't have any GF products available in breakfest buffet. On my request kichen prepared only grilled vegetables. Next day I was assured that scrumbled eggs will be prepared for me but that not happened. To hotel manager: please train staff and include special needs food table to standard buffet. Otherwise it is discrimination. I recommend to go to any Italy or Spain hotel to see role model allergic food station.

It’s very loud in the hotel. The doors smash shut incredibly loud,as people are leaving their rooms throughout the day you hear bangs, especially in the morning. Also, the cleaners walked into my room even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door, twice. Waking me up each time. If you like a quiet, good nights sleep, this is not the place.

It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff are really nice and helpful.

My room wasn’t cleaned well. Although the room said it came with a refrigerator in it there wasn’t one when we arrived, so I had to request one be put in the room. Housekeeping was absolutely horrible.

Walls are not sound proof. For the 2 nights I stayed, there was banging sound coming in from the top floors. It was really annoying.
