It’s 9 out of 10, cause you can see a bit of material being worn off in the bathroom where I stayed but it doesn’t affect much of its functionality

The host/manager/cleaning ladies - everyone I had contact with was helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel has saunas and a gym. It’s clean and comfortable. The double bed is huge so it’s superb, really

2 types of pillows. 😍 The place was comfortable. Such a big sport hall and sauna.

-the breakfast was poor, at 9.30am all the good food gone & the veggies were hardly fresh and there was no sweet section; - the hot sauna at the spa floor didn’t work at all, jacuzzi is tiny and can barely fit 4 people thus was very busy

-very quiet room -comfortable beds -quiet yet powerful AC -modern hotel fit out & amenities -highly skilled massage saloon next to the spa (paid for extra)

it was very noisy on one night of our stay as there was an 18th birthday party on until 1am and our room was above the function room. also industrial area to one side of the hotel which was noisy.

It was a good location, clean and food was very good. very good gym facilities but the spar was very average, jacuzzi wasn’t working.

double bed was made from two twins. the beds were on wheels so i ended up on the floor in the night when beds moved places small tv and just basics channels no bath rope and just two tiny towels

great value for money. huge well equipped gym - havent seen that good in any hotels big rooms and bathrooms great location

no cleaning service. labels should be changed to 'please clean up', the mini fridge had mold and the room was really dirty. My stay was for a week and not once was it cleaned. this is not a hotel for a family with small children that's for sure. Every night it became a bordel where you can ear women moaning for their money. And at the end of our stay, we were bid farewell by a dead mouse in the middle of the reception. Just amazing. Do recommend 0/10

double bed is made from two singles. you ending up in the hole all night . beds are moving apart. mattress are very uncomfortable . i stayed during christmas it was impossible to connect to the reception. nobody was there most of the time.nobody ever picked up the phone. roomservice didnt come unless requested at the reception tv remote works very hard. its complicated to turn on tv and then u have to be super close to change the channel. roomservice wasnt very detailed : left trash and water bottles were not refilled

clean big rooms and bathroom. gym is one of the best gyms in hotels i have seen. location is great. big wardrobe. big mirrors. aircon and heating. water on arrival.

Whilst it is not a small hotel, it retained the family service feel. It was clean, nicely decorated and had great service. Will definitely return.
