Very basic room, not too much space. If you stay for a night or two, it is ok, but for a bit longer, there is not a proper wardrobe to put your clothes out. Another point couldn't open a window to get fresh air. And it will be nice to have another pillow cause the one was very flat and not comfortable.

The location is close to everywhere, and the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices to satisfy your stomach from eggs to ham and cheese.yoghurt, different types of milk if someone has an allergy or can't take normal milk, same there are options for gluten-free bread.Good coffees and teas to choose from.as well

Would've been good to have some normal flavoured tea in the room but it wasn't that much of an issue. Certainly wouldn't put me off staying again!

Heating didn’t seem to be on but the room got hotter than satan’s kitchen. We had to open the window but being on the front the trade off was putting up with the traffic noise. Those trams start early and even on the 5th floor they’re loud. It was a small price to pay for not melting. Given a bath towel each and shower mat (all changed on request) but no hand towel. Tea/coffee provided but no milk (was able to buy little jiggers of creamer from the Zabka over at the shopping centre).

Good location/easy to find and only a short walking distance to Rynek and Cathedral Island. Check in was efficient. Hotel as expected. Thought their little ‘shop’ at reception was handy although you’re never far from a Zabka if you need anything. A little like an old style Travel Lodge. Nice and clean. Bed was firm but surprisingly comfortable and extra pillows provided on request. Good shower. Great to have kettle/hairdryer/shower gel provided. No noise experienced from inside the hotel. Not withstanding other points mentioned we wouldn’t hesitate to choose to stay here again.

The bed was a little to firm for my liking, my room was facing the main road which can be a bit noisey. Would recommend a room not facing the main road. The room air con is a bit ineffective also.

The hotel is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the town hall and other attractions. The hotel is clean, the rooms a good size and well appointed for what you pay for. The buffet breakfast is freshly made and plenty of food is available.

On the Monday , our room was not cleaned and the tea / coffee were not replaced. When I complained to the reception staff and asked for more tea and coffee , there were rude and not very helpful..

The hotel was perfectly located,just 10 minutes walk from the main square. It was clean , modern and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was excellent value for money

Trams noisy at night. If & when I stay there again I would ask for a room at the back. Only one bed had power socket ! There should be power socket next to both beds !

There was only 1 staff member to check in and several people waiting when I checked in and on several times when I was leaving/entering the hotel, the AC in the room didn't really work so leaving the window open is your best option. The breakfast is way too expensive considering this is what you would pay back in the UK and there were many other options nearby much cheaper such as the Parrot Cafe across the road.

Its very cheap per night so good if your on a budget and its well located, its near the Galeria Dominikańska about 5 mins walk, old town about 10 mins walk and the main train station also a 10 minute walk. The staff spoke English and there was free tea/coffee in the room and soap in the shower. Apart from that it was very basic but only £29/Night. The room was also cleaned daily by housekeeping. Overall the sound proofing is good however at night you can hear the sirens and trams go past occasionally.

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything was quite close in proximity (from old town to the mall which was literally a walk down the road). Really affordable and good value for your money! Also you could store your luggage there beforehand if needed if you arrived early.
