Nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to Torun's old town and all the main attractions. Very good value for money. The room is simple, there is a kettle, no refrigirator. The pictures and description corresponded exactly to the reality. There is parking (outdoor and indoor) for an extra charge.

I think the pillows weren't particularly comfortable. And the room should have a better ventilation system, especially in the bathroom.

I feel there was something a little ’generic’ about it. Originally it was what I liked, but after the original gentleman, the service didn’t feel so ‘personalised’ and I felt a bit like I was dealing with a corporate entity. This was exasperated by the use of an entry code. Also there was a slight sulphuric odour at times after using the sink, but to be frank I had some time pressured things to do, so I let it slide, but maybe if it happens ask for, or take a bit of bleach if you can’t meet the early cleaning staff.

It was well located, very close to the bus station, which is why I chose it. The reception gentleman was really welcoming and friendly, and when I saw the room I was happy. It wasn’t as big as the room I had previously occupied, in another hotel, but it was sufficient, and attractive. Nice modern design. The room gave a feeling of security and reliability that is important when you’re travelling, and I think it’s worth not getting the cheaper option to get that, of you can, and it’s your priority.

The room was not cleaned on the second night but I paid for both nights at the same price. Cleaners have not even checked if the towels were dirty but stayed on the cell phone in the hallway. I had to ask the front desk for clean towels. They made excuses that when the customer puts the "Do not disturbed" sign they do not clean or replenish the tea for the second night. The front desk staff helped us but I was unable to find any note regarding this rule neither on the sign nor online. Making customers aware would help this hotel have a much higher rating.

I liked the decent air conditioning and the spacious room with a good TV and the kettle.

It was the first time in Torun but I liked it. The worst thing - we got wet because of heavy rain - so the hotel makes us feeling warm and comfortable straight away after check in.
