Small wellness with only 6 beds, smell in the steam bath, offer of food should be better at breakfast.

small spa area (only 7 loungers), too many kids in the wellness and sauna area ( kids free time from 10-12 pm only), mattresses were very soft and already saggy

1. No view. Avoid lower floors. We actually got a view to parking instead of ...anything? Would we know it before, I would choose another hotel. 2. Tiny spa. Literally 5×5 meters pool. Not appropriate for 5 stars hotel. 3. Overcrowded spa - you have to wait in turn to use jakoozi, sauna or simple chair. 4. Paid parking - charge of 50zl is not an issue, but leaves a bad taste. 5. Noise. Lounge bar located between the hotel rooms, just in the middle of lower floors. 6. Total sense of overcrowdness. Too much people for a "resort" kind of hotel. 7. No outdoors. I mean - no outdoor at all. No garden/roof/view...You just can't enjoy the nature. Again - that's not a "resort". 8. In total - disappointment. Maybe good for 1-2 nights. But relaxing resort it is definitely not. 9. As a bonus - no bathtubes in bathrooms...

Excellent restaurant, delicious food, friendly staff, charming design. SPA is open from 0800-0000 - great.

Perfect place to stay in Zakopane, staff was incredible !! Bed super comfy . Lovely breakfast buffet. The only thing is we couldn’t use the Jacuzzi because there was group of people using it for hours. There should definitely be a timer in place where people can share it equally. Also was charged for parking which makes no sense where you spend over 200e p night. I’ve stayed in multiple 5* hotels parking was never charged

Only receptionists speak english - cleaning staff and waiters are very accomodating and polite, but speak mostly polish and/or russian. They understand international words and gestures, and are very nice - service was good, just a bit of a language barrier.

Very clean and nice hotel. Pictures are true, room was very nice. Bar and loby very cosy, breakfast ok - same selection every day, but everything well made and fresh. Good location near all the restaurants and shops. We had a very pleasant stay, no complaints.

receptionists at arrival were not helpful.. they gave us rooms next to entrance and i ask them to change them and i can pay the difference but they told me they are fully booked they changed 2 rooms only when I checked in booking there are available rooms and i told them then they changed the third room for me as a 5 stars hotel they need to be more friendly and flexible
