The bathroom was a bit to small. Not a problem for a short accommodation, but for a longer stay could become quite annoying.

The property was really stylish and convenient, with all the amenities for a short, but also a longer stay. Personnel was really nice and gave us recommendations of where to go in Warsaw. Also the location is great, right in the city center.

Tiled floor was very cold in the winter so slippers are a must. A little noisy on Friday and Saturday night but it died down after 11 or so

Room 4 needs one more, or bigger, trash bin. Also doors should be tighten up as they were banging when nearby rooms opened/closed theirs.

This is a great, unique, boutique hotell. Well run with excellent rooms. The location can’t be beat as you are right in the middle of the old city. Very comfortable rooms and very fashion forward. Love the idea of a tiny, micro hotel.

NOISES. We got the room with the shower in the same room (not a separate bathroom), which is ok, when you're travelling with your spouse (when travelling with a friend or a kid - not so comfortable). But the noise coming from the ventilation system was horrible. We were woken up at 6 in the morning by our neighbours as we heard everything from the ventilation system of the adjacent room (we heard coughing, farting etc.). LACK OF SOCKETS AND WASTE BIN Also, as the bed is near the window sill - there were sockets only in one side of the bed. What was lack - the waste bin in the room (normal size), as there was only a little one near the toilet. WI-FI NOT WORKING Also a big disadvantage was a very weak wi-fi. It worked only in the corridor or near the reception. In our room it was very weak or none. We had to use our mobile internet. We asked to change the room, but every other room was booked.

The rooms are in the perfect location, the building itself was nice, the room itself was modern.

There is a portable AC in the room, which is a bit loud, but still better to have it than not.

Stylish rooms, spacious and clean, with complimentary bottled water, earplugs, and tea/coffee (kettle in the room, and coffee machine in the hallway). There is a small fridge, cutlery, and glasses in the common area. The location is 10min on foot to the Old Town, and 20min to the Palace of Culture and Science, and there is also a bus stop nearby. The highlight was probably breakfast at a nearby bistro, very tasty with a decent selection of options. I would definitely stay here again.

I never write bad reviews but experience with this place was bad. The check in process was stressful, they were not at place when I arrived, they didn’t write proper directions on how to get to them either , I had to call every time and ask. The place didn’t have the elevator so I had to carry my heavy suitcase upstairs. No shower gel, the smell of sewerage, no privacy - bed is just near the pathway with big windows. The room is small, WiFi signal was really bad and I couldn’t work. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door and from the street. They give you earplugs but they don’t help. Location is good but the rest is not worth the money

When I started searching in booking, I filtered "hotels" and this option appeared, which is not a hotel, but more like rooms for rent. Had to wait 30 minutes upon arrival to check in. Breakfast through vouchers in a nearby "french" bistro, which was mediocre and certainly overpriced.

Upon check-in, I was given the wrong room code. What I found out about in the evening when I returned from a walk. I called the 24-hour number and on the ninth ride they gave me a different code. I decided that the next day I could deal with this problem. But the next day there was no one there. I didn't have time to wait so I went to the meeting. when I returned in the evening I could not get into my room. I tried calling and writing but no one answered me. I had to take a room in another hotel to pick up my things the next morning. The money for the night that I did not spend in my room was not returned to me. In addition, the room had a very uncomfortable desk chair, which made it very difficult to work on the computer. The hotel also has an extremely uncomfortable toilet.

Despite the fact that the disadvantages were catastrophic, I will try to be objective and note all the advantages. These are a very soft bed and a very convenient location. Also, the hotel has surprisingly very good sound insulation. From the street (which, as far as I know, is one of the noisiest in the city) you could barely hear anything.

This was really bad experience. The host wasn’t at place when we arrive and we had to wait her with all our luggage in front of the door. Then host provided us wrong code to get inside this hotel and we couldn’t come inside hotel in the middle of the night and had to write and call the host to let us inside. We were about to go to another hotel just to sleep. Btw provided phone number was not available. Communication is the key seems like key is broken. And seems that issue is not exceptional, because I saw another person in this hotel who also experienced the same problem with their coded door. Also room was not good. Very bad soundproofing, strange toilet bowl and not convenient shower. There are 2 coffee machines and non of them are working. Also if you want to leave your luggage in this hotel you will need to pay extra money (50zl) (and you can’t be sure that you will be able to get inside to get you luggage when you need).
