The tropical pool was not included in the booking price . But it was not too expensive after all . Nothing bad about the place to say.

The fitness area is well-equipped, featuring a wide array of machinery to suit various preferences. Private trainers are available and offer helpful guidance. However, one of the trainers was less welcoming if you hadn't enrolled in their courses. This made me feel uncomfortable about joining the fitness area.

This hotel is truly wonderful, boasting the best possible location. The wellness facilities are absolutely exceptional, standing out as some of the finest we've encountered. The staff members are incredibly friendly, and the on-site restaurants offer reasonably priced and delicious food. The only drawback was the limited menu choices. Breakfast corner is amazing lots of choices. The meticulously designed topical pools are a highlight, although during our visit, they seemed a bit cloudy, possibly due to an effort to maintain a comfortable atmosphere by controlling the number of daily visitors. Delay in opening of the gym (~15 min). Moreover, something is wrong with the decoration. The hotel looks like a wedding hall and conference center and modern spa and old polish hotel combined togather. I cannot belive it was build in 2010. Some elements are beautiful, some are awful, and there is a lot of undecorated free space. Hotel reception smells like school canteen.

Junior reception staff a bit " young" and inexperienced. They easilly forget to smile to customers ! lol

Large resort hotel in a big park outside of the main city but still not so far away. Impressing facilities, big rooms, nice, new and clean with all confort required, large screen TV's. Buffet breakfast in large restaurant. Next to the hotel there is a big indoor Aquarium Swimmming pool with Palms trees and hot temperature. And sauna. All very nice and well maintained. A very good and reasonnalby priced hotel, to be recommended.

The wellness area, which includes pool and gym is only open from 16:00 on a weekday. There seemed to be a hot water supply issue late at night (shower was a bit cold)

Hotel staff were very helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Overall value was great. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfast selection was very extensive.

Construction noise at 8:00am!!! The hotel is expanding so be aware of construction noise. We were not informed about it upon our booking or arrival. Staying with a baby was a challenge with the chipping hammers going off.

The tropical pool was incredible. Location was nice and quiet. Good value with nice room and great breakfast. The chicken soup was awesome as well. Room service was quick and professional.

The receptionists, both at the hotel and the water park, could use an introductory course in customer service: When trying to get the reception to order a taxi with a child seat, the receptionist told us that she "did not have time to call different taxi services to check". When asking the reception to order a taxi the day before departure, we were told they did not see the use in ordering it a day in advance. They seemed rather suprised by this request and ask us "but what will happen if you don't show up in time?" For some reason the room had not been cleaned on the second day and all our towels were wet. We noticed this in the evening (9 p.m.) when coming back from the waterpark. When asking the receptionist for new ones, the reply was: "And what do you think I could do about it at this hour?" Bugs in the bathroom. Lots of them! The silverfish was hurrying across the floor when you turned on the lights. Also in the bedroom ceiling. Not something you want in your suitcase and bring back home. The room was far below what you'd expect from a suite in a four star hotel: You could feel the springs in the bed. The hair driers looked like they were going to fall out of the wall. All of this combined with a strange decoration of the room.

We enjoyed the breakfast; it had a good selection of local delicacies. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful. A separate play room for kids is positive, but the absolute height of the stay was the tropical themed waterpark.
