The smell of the hotel is not good both in room and in common areas

I didn't like the receptionist how she welcomed me at the hotel .Please take in consideration that when we checked in it was 01.30 at night , tired being with the family. Not very friendly and smiley !

Everything else. The front office personnel was not proactive to ask if i would require a double bed. I was given a room with 2 single beds. It's not ideal because I had a baby and a toddler staying with me.

Stayed at busy time during business expo and staff was very stressed. Room facilities were very basic but nice and clean. Food was really great.

But absolutely no soundproof. All night long and in the morning we heard somebody having sex.

Restaurant waiters attitude towards us was unpolite, when we arrived by the end of the day and asked him, if it was possible to have dinner, initially he confirmed that we could have dinner, we made an order and advised him that we will be back after 10-15 minutes, when we came back he told us that we will need to eat outside the eating hall but thankfully the manager solved the arising issue and we finally had our dinner in the restaurant. We stayed many times previously in this hotel and had only good experience and memories. I am wondering how one persons attitude can varnish a lot of peoples work towards good service. It is worth to add that baby's crib was not usable because it was uncomfortable.

Location, receptionist and her readiness to assist, parking space and breakfast. Rooms are Ok.

Quality of food in the restaurant (for dinner) is very poor and prices for the quality are crazy. We would highly recommend to go dine anywhere else. Also, the game room, with bowling was not working properly.

The hotel is located in quite a noisy place near the road and the railway with a lot of traffic. The complex is huge with a lot of sections and a crowd of people hosting conferences/weddings. So there is a lot of noise, a lot of people in the lobby, loud music etc. I also didn't like the fact that I wrote in a booking request that we need a baby bed for my 2-year-old, I got a replay that "we can leave it near reception" (probably with poor English it was mixed with a baby stroller) and when we arrived it appeared that we shall pay for it. This additional charge in my opinion was too high making the whole price of the stay not "value for money". It was the first time when I was charged for a baby bed in the hotel. The personnel referred to additional child bed price in their policy - but for me these are two different things - a normal size bed and the one for the baby.

Room was dirty and the clean staff was not cleaning the bedrooms how should be. Also the air conditioner didn’t work not matter I reported 3 times this issue and they sent 3 times a technician but the AC never worked. Rooms are small and if you add this to the uncomfortable feeling of not having AC and feeling dirty and dust everywhere You will have a bad experience. I tried to check out earlier than my date cause of that but didn’t so it because they don’t issue refund through booking.com. Bedroom smells old and dirty. They have a good restaurant service with good variety of food and the. breakfast is decent, but if you avoid this hotel, avoid it and look for other place as I don’t really recommended.

Rooms are a bit old fashioned, strong cleaning detergent smell in lobby area.
