We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Germany- No water boiler and coffee / tea in the room - TV available but didn´t work in my room, no radio. Like to have some music in the morning - Parking fees (35PLN) not fair, when you pay ~100€ per night - Breakfast was ok, description of some salads, local specialities etc. would be nice, especially for vegetarians or vegans it is mandatory! - Cleanliness of bathroom and on visible areas in the room was good, but hiden areas were not considered (backside of the desk was dusty, ceiling next to the bed as well. - the bed was not so comfortable as expected, for one night it was ok - the night lights next to the bed starts to become loose, screws get loose - Desk light was not working - if there will be no maintenance on the small things in the next times, quality will be lost
- It was silent (Hotel + Outside) so i was able to sleep undisturbed - Love the balcony, additionall light there would be nice - Croissant at breakfast was lovely and delicious - Staff is willing to help and pleasant each time - Nice bathroom - Cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance

Nice friendly staff. Clean and warm. Very good food . Wedding food first class as my self I'm sous chef in four star hotel In Ireland and love cooking. The big surprise for my and my girlfriend was how tasty food it was. Next day did go to restaurant for breakfast and get again surprised, nice fresh food on buffet with a good choice. And in afternoon had only soup and some small starter as a complementary from head chef. Again meet barmaid from the wedding night before . Lovely man, working in Ireland in Dublin before as he said. Great to have good friendly staff which welcome your customer as he did . Thanks
