The TV would turn on and display time in the middle of the night. That woke a couple of us.

The location is far from anything, however the view is incredible. We were happy with it as we were looking for a place far from any city. Breakfast was delicious, and apart from basics, there was something different every day. Staff were lovely, especially the waitress with blonde hair (I wish I had asked her name) she was very polite and took great care of us during breakfast. The room was clean and warm. The aesthetic of the place is on point, everything is well thought through and has a strong mountain style finish which is amazing!

Food at the restaurant is excellent. The staff are great, especially Nazar! We had a problem with the door and he fixed it right away and was exceptionally friendly and professional. The location is great, up the hill and quiet, but close to the chair lift if you want to get into Zakopane. It´s away from the hectic tourist spots, which is great. The only issue is transport is a little unreliable sometimes, so you may have to take a taxi sometimes. We managed very easily to get the bus into town and to the Tatra National Park for hiking, but outside of the center the bus can be unreliable and sometimes it´s full, so it doesn´t even stop. If you have a car, this place is perfect. Without it, it´s still a great option.

I booked for 4 adults but got bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. The booking said 2 rooms with two beds. If the bunk beds would have been pointed out at the time of booking doubt we would book it. Hard to clime a bunk bed at the age of 55 !

an incredible location with a view of the Tatra mountains , delicious breakfast, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of our apartment,,quiet rooms, comfortable beds, warm rooms. the staff responded instantly to our requests to provide us with heaters, giving us fresh towels etc.

The bed sheets provided were not long enough to cover whole mattress. Similarly, we weren't provided with enough towels for 5 guests staying at the studio. This issue, however, was immediately rectified as soon as we raised it. We were quite unlucky to stay at the property at the same time as a group of very noisy guests on a stag do. They were completely disrespectful of other guests, playing very, very loud music at night when everyone was asleep and in the mornings when guests including ourselves were trying to enjoy our breakfast on the outside restaurant terrace. They were ignorant to any guests' requests and complaints to keep the noise down, and in such circumstances, we would expect an immediate response from the staff/owners and for them to be more strict in dealing with such problematic guests. It's a shame as otherwise it was a wonderful stay and we would be keen to return when visiting the Polish mountains.

Beautiful property with wonderful views of the mountains. Perfectly located for cycling and hiking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to meet our requests. The studio was clean, specious and appropriately equipped. The daily breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice and was served in flexible hours, allowing us to get some extra sleep in the morning if we needed to, or to have it early enough if we wanted to leave for a morning hike. There was plenty of staff on hand to help you and tables were cleared efficiently.

The room was quite small, bed was squashed in one corner and quite narrow. There were no curtains (only creme colored blinds who let the sun in at 5.30am, which woke me up). It was a bit pricey overall.

The view was really amazing and the balcony was nice. The premises was very clean. The food at the restaurant was very tasty!

Be careful with the way up to the venue as it is quite steep with car.

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. You have everything in the room what you need. The view is just breathtaking, you can see Zakopane and the mountains from the top. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, with excellent coffee. We could take our two border collie dogs with us as well. We will come back again for sure!

The location is very good for the property. View of Zakopane and Tatry mountain from the property is amazing Morning breakfast has multiple options and very good service.
