There was no hand or body soap - very weird for hygienics and the price point on the apartment. I told the owner and he said the cleaner would bring it and I never received it over four days. It also needs a fan or air con...it wasn't even that warm out and the apartment was quite warm. I had the windows fully open and there was a lot of noise/bad singing from festival across the street. Lastly, the pillows, linens and towels could be improved.

Location to main tourist area is good. The apartment was decent size and clean. The building is well taken care, safe of and there is a code to get in and elevator which is a bonus in Europe. Internet worked well and it had all the essentials for basic cooking/laundry.

The only issue I had was that it was not clear to me which location I was supposed to arrive to. So I took a taxi to one destination (the one that was mentioned here at booking) and then when I came here it turned out that I was supposed to go to another one. So i had to get there 10-15 minutes on foot with the luggage, which wasn't very pleasant.

I liked the location, it is right next to the supermarket, drugstore, 5 min of walk from the historical centre but also not noisy at all. Apartment was in a nice condition, balcony, facilities available, the host tried to be helpful. It was almost perfect.

Since the flights are very late to/from Gdansk, I was at the door late evening at around 10/30 pm, I had codes but for some reason I couldn't understand how to use, nobody answered phone number mentioned on website at 10.45, nobody replied on message on booking where they send me codes, and luckily someone from other tourists were helped me with code.

Perfect place, perfect communication, in the city centre - near all the beautiful sights and restaurants, next to the shop.

Perfect apartment in the historical center of Gdańsk. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, there are lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was even better than we expected. Even though it's a studio, it's quite spacious, has everything necessary for cooking, good internet speed and workplace. Bathtub is definitely a plus :)

Only duvet was a little bit too thin for winter time ,the rest was perfect.

few steps away from the Main Street and the canal but quiet and cute. a lot of nice less touristic restaurants and cafe around. The host was really reactive to answer questions.

Booked taxi via the booking.com app as felt it was likely to get us to the correct destination. It didn’t. We had a ten min walk using maps and fortunately found the property as host did not answer phone or respond to my messages. Once at the apartment no host to greet us. Followed some other folk into building and used safe key to get in building. Went out for evening and on return could not get in property. Instructions to main access door to lobby was poorly explained in the e mail. We were locked out for over an hour till fortunately someone went onto their balcony and let us in. Again host uncontactable

Very warm, no option to cool the flat. Probably great in winter. Mexican restaurant kitchen exhaust below the flat blew straight into the flat with open windows. No toilet paper, no drying rack, no towel to dry dishes. Expensive for what you get.

Great location, shop and center super close by. Very good WiFi, clean brand new building.

A different location the the one I have booked and confirmed via booking (different address), too small for 4 people even if I have mention from the reservation the no of guests and no AC.

- the apartment smells not nicely, it was very difficult to get rid off, we haven't managed - no shower, only bath tube with very uncomfortable curtains, the water leaked always at the sides of the curtains making the entire bathroom floor wet - no shampoo, no shower gel - very poorly equipped kitchen

- great and easy cooperation with the person who gave us a key - great location, however no possibility to parking due to event in the city. We were not informed about it by the owner. - modern, very secure type of building

Everything was good .. the only drawback was that the apartment did not have an AC unit ( or we couldn't see it)..
