The only annoying thing was the heater in the room. It starts heating loudly and you always woke up to this noise. It's better to switch it off during the night, but then in a couple hours, it becomes could.

Nice place, right in the center of the city. Breakfast was big and delicious. Also, they have good parking spots with a security guy.

I would say very much all good. Perhaps the shower/bathroom need to have a refresh, there some smells coming out of it.

If you ever are around Sosnowiec one or multiple nights, price quality, location, this ticks the boxes. Spacious rooms, great breakfast and super central. Staff is nice and if you need to work or late check out for additional fee it’s very much worth the price. I wish more places would have late check out for a fee.

There was no air condition and sometimes was getting very hot. A little bit to expensive for no air conditioning in the room.

Not all rooms had air conditioning. Worth paying extra for. It is a busy pedestrianised street below, so some noise on forward facing rooms when the windows are opened Likewise not all rooms had tea/coffee making facilities. Also worth paying extra for.

Unassuming from the outside, but well renovated and comfortable on the inside. Staff were very accommodating - particularly give our lack of Polish. The basement restaurant was a revelation! With great food (and fresh ingredients) being served

Tea and coffee facilities only come with the deluxe room which you have to pay extra for. No mini bar available in the room either.

Breakfast was really tasty with a good selection of meats, cheeses, hot food, cereals and drinks. The room was really clean which made me feel comfortable and happy! The deluxe room had a great view of the town centre. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly! Thank you 😊

Girls at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely nice. Very helpful! The room I originally got was by the elevator, which for a light sleeper like myself isn’t ideal. They switched my room right away. I slept like a baby for the two nights I stayed at the hotel.

It was extremely loud in the room in the night despite the windows were closed. There were no fridge and no kettle in the room. But hotel service gave us a kettle and some tea bags.

Location is very comfortable, everyone is friendly and helpful, meals are extremely tasteful.

I come here about 3 times a year for around 10 days each to visit relatives. The location is terrific, close to some of the better pubs and restaurants and also close to the tram/train station. The rooms are modern & clean. Service is very good. Price is surprisingly cheap for its location. Very satisfied, always.

For the price you pay and what you get this is a full 10 points small cosy hotel in the heart of the town! A big plus was the excellent restaurant which was a part of the business! We had a great dinner and a good breakfast! And our little dog was also very much welcome!

We enjoyed our five nights in Hotel Centrum. It is probably the best place to stay for a family because of its location, general comfort and quietness. Staff was also super friendly and kind. We'll return next year for sure.

Fantastic, helpful and very friendly staff. Clearly many a famous person stepped through the generations these doors. And it is self-explanatory. The abundant choice for breakfast was mouthwatering.
