No information about swimming pool. Would be nice to have writen info in every toom. Jakuzzi did not work. Nice, small sauna and relaxing pool.

Coffee was delicious, but there could be more machines. Signage was very good, but we were not sure if hotel parking was up the ramp, due to low lighting levels.

Good choice of food for breakfast, and plenty of space for the guests. The pool water was warm and not crowded, and the sauna was nice and hot. Nice atmosphere in the bar, with a lovely fire. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean.

No elevator.

Quiet place, located 20-30 min car ride from Warsaw airport, (use Uber vs Taxi the price difference was huge). Great value, minimalist rooms, clean and upgraded. We had a room with two beds. Two adults and one smaller child can fit in one room if you bring the beds together. Buffet breakfast looked very fresh with a variety of choices.

As I was reading in others people reviews jacuzzi was not working for us as well, so a bit disappointed. Probably its not working for a long time.

Basic rooms, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was a nice design, but no shelves at all to put away your own stuff. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. Swimming pool warm and sauna was a bonus too. Would recommend for short business stay.

It's a shame that staff is often unable to conversate in English. The check-in process was quite slow. The pool was available only in the evening hours. I guess there are no extra costs for the hotel to keep it open also in the morning.

Good quality of breakfast with lots of options. The pool size is not standard for hotel-type wellness so it is a great place for afterwork swimming workout. Also two saunas are additional benefit of staying in this hotel.

The entrance to the hotel is dismal and was missed twice by my taxis; for safety's adequate lighting and signage please... Why is everything , the main amenities shut - down until 5 PM.? If I'm going to have to clamber up 3 floors with 3 pieces of luggage to get to my room after flying for 24 hours, at least have some provision or offer to help with the luggage, offer discount concession for the unpleasant and unexpected burden if an elevator is going to be too much to ask for! What if someone have an health issue. I think i may have received a single smile once from your staff. during my entire stay; are they unhappy in your employ, or should i just chalk it up as normal and accepted Polish hospitality? FYI this in not in the least normal for international standards. Its a surefire way of making one feel most unwelcome. ...and for goodness sake paint over the scratches along the stairways and provide lamps so someone could work without going blind already.

The staff was accommodating; they let me check - in early despite the surly e mail/ chat communications; although the checkout was un expectantly early and abrupt, I was allowed an extra half - hour..

The pool is open only from 17-21. Very bed wifi. Very noisy hotel, many drunk people, walls are extremely short so you can hear everything from your neighbors. Never stay again.

The property is old and not maintained well. The food in the restaurant was mediocre. The life guard at the pool was racist and rude to children.

The carpets in the rooms looked like they have seen better days. Cramped bathrooms - sink inside the shower cabin is never a good idea. The building was noisy - I mean that you could hear everyones footsteps and such. The general feel of the place is OK but when you look closer at the details it starts to unravel. Nothing of interest in the vicinity - commuting everywhere by car is a must.

Breakfast choice was good. It was close to the airport which was what we were aiming for. The bathrobes and towels were of good quality and the beds were fairly comfortable

We liked everything here! The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive- our dog even got a small gift, which was really nice. There was coffee and water in our room, that also was very thoughtfull, as we did not have time for breakfast. The room was clean and nice. Free parking was a huge bonus.

We booked it because of the pool. It was a disaster. Jaccuzi didn't work and pool staff was very very rude. Sauna was so so old. There is nothing the same like in the picture. We payed 90€ for that....never again!
