The mattress was the only thing I didn't like, it was quite uncomfortable. I think they are very old.

The hostel is very well located, walking distance to all areas of interest. It is also close to the train and bus station. As for the accommodation, the room was very spacious, something strange to see in Europe. It was very comfortable to be there, you had space to get dressed, leave your jackets, big lockers for suitcases, a desk, a big window. The mattress was not so comfortable, as it was tilted to one side, like worn out. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and comfortable. A very nice, spacious common kitchen and living room.

When making a reservation they should mention some rooms have cameras and some do not, so guests choose the option that suits them the best.

The smell of the toilets, everything was clean but it seems they have a problem with the sewage drain. The floor in the showers' area is always watery, but it's not such a big problem I'd say.

It was a good experience. Wifi is good enough for remote work and reliable, spacious rooms, nice and friendly staff and guests, great location, elevator to the 4th floor, we felt secure and comfy. There's a well equipped and spacious kitchen, lots of toilets and separate baths for men and women.

I had to leave super early and the reception was closed. Thus I woke up the person in charge in order to leave the keys, which was a little intimidating. A small advice - mailbox or some other box somewhere by the reception to throw in the keys would settle the matter. :-)

It was a short overnight stay, but the place met my expectations. The room and toilets/showers were clean, the hostel was easy to spot. Location was great, close to the main train station as well as a nice walking distance from the Old Town. Highly recommend.

Good location with restaurants near by and not a long walk to old town. Friendly staff however the bathrooms could have been bigger and it would have been nice if the hostel provided shampoo and soap especially since you had to buy towels.

Location was perfect, the staff super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with nice furnishing and an extra sofa bed, impeccable sheets, towels, plus shower gel and disposable slippers were provided, a large kitchen and dining room with essential amenities, very clean shared toilets and comfortable showers, very good value for money, I will definitely come back

Uncomfortable shower, like in aquapark. If you want to wash your legs only, you all will be wet anyway. The same is with washing a child, you both will be wet.

Kitchen a bit untidy, but the rest of the hostel was clean. A bit pricey for a dormitory bed. A bit rude attitude receptionist when I wanted to stay in the hostel despite issues with warm water supply, but she was nice next day.

I like that even though I had a bed in dormitory, every bed had a curtain and a separate light and a socket, so it gave a bit of intimacy. Clean sheets and duvets covers were provided, no towels. Good thing that they have female dormitory rooms, not mixed gender like in many other hostels. The interior design is pleasent and cosy, there is a kitchen where you can cook something. The toilets were clean, but the kitchen seemed to be a bit untidy - but it was rather a fault of other people staying in the hostel I would say. Did not use the shower as there was an issue with a warm water - I was offered a free cancellation but I decided to stay anyway. Perfect location. In overall. I would book it again in the future. Good for 1-2 nights.

Great place with double rooms and shared hostel rooms for womens and mens. A lot of services as baggage storage, washing machine and drying, place to cook and to have a drink, and last but not least coffee machine (5zlota per coffee) at the reception desk where you can order and enjoy the coffee at your room. Perfect location, 15 minutes by walking to the Old town. Hostel itself has a cozy atmosphere and as we stayed in december it was really hot at the rooms. Nice and polite staff :) Highly recommend 👍

I went there in the autumn and the vibe was a bit off, mainly locals who don't want to talk to you. But maybe that's not the best season to make friends in hostels.

The staff do a lot of effort to keep the location clean and nice. The value price ratio is great. I would recommend the private rooms better.

Hallway and bathrooms were smelly. Too much idiotic TV shows. Comfortable chairs were scattered in hallway.

Our favorite hostel in Wrocław, we have stayed here several times and "visited" several rooms (all private ones, so I don't know what the situation is like in shared rooms). The rooms were always clean, cozy and nicely decorated. There is space for clothes and luggage. Sufficient number of charging sockets. Comfortable beds. We were there in late autumn, it was warm - the heating was on. Additionally, we always received disposable slippers, toiletries and clean towels. A big advantage is the reception open 24 hours a day, so you can easily check in late at night without any additional fees. Check-in goes smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are positive and helpful. We love the common space with the kitchen and living room - beautifully decorated, great atmosphere, cool vibe. The kitchen area has everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. There are a lot of cool decorations, photos, paintings throughout the hostel - nice interiors. It is also a very safe hostel - you cannot enter the facility without a code. The location is perfect - walking distance to the bus and train stations, and right next to the hostel there is a very nice street with bars and restaurants, which is perfect for a weekend evening. There are only shared bathrooms in the corridor, but there are a lot of them - enough for such a hostel, they are clean, convenient and practical. You can also use a washing machine and a clothes dryer. Very reasonable prices for a hostel in the center of such a large and popular city as Wrocław.

There was an older woman who seemed to be living and/or working in the hostel who walked in and out of the room and made very much deliberate noise in the morning. It was as if she felt that everybody in the room HAD to wake up at 6:30 because that was when she woke up. It was all very strange and I ended up leaving for my train over an hour early at 07:30 instead of 08:45 just because I couldn't take it any longer. Basically she walked in an out of the room in clogs every 3 minutes. If she was not part of the staff, then ok...but she seemed to hang out with them in the kitchen. 🤷‍♀️

Many showers in one room. But I guess it’s just my preference to share a shower with as few people as possible.

For a hostel, the facilities were great. I especially liked that each bunk bed has its own curtain and light if you want any privacy.

Close to the city centre, just 10-15 minutes walking from the main train station (if I remember correctly). Clean, nice. It is just how you expect a good hostel to be. Nothing extraodinary but comfortable to stay at.
