Chilli is in a great spot in town. Really close to the city center, close the the railway and bus station. The stuff was awesome. Congrats It was clean. Not as much as a hotel can be. But i think it was the cleanest possible especially due to the fact that it was fully booked.

There were mainly old people around and not many young travellers, so it was not a good place to meet people Only 12 bed dorms available

Common areas are really cool and invite to hang out. It was clean and there were enough showers. Location is very good, by feet, one can reach the Rynek within 15 minutes, plus, very close to the train station and a tram station

Other people who stayed in the hostel. There where a vomit in the sink in men's toilets, and there was a loud music playing from one of the rooms. Staff have no way to enforce order.

How location was clean. Also staff and location was quite nice. And bed itself was nicely organised (like power outlet near bed).

The mirrored-ceiling shower is uncomfortable. The shower heads are weird too! It is fixed on the wall (you can't adjust) and water splattering everywhere. But everything else is good so i would definitely go back!

The female dormitory room is large and spacious. And i like the privacy curtains too!

the receptionist was confused and gave us another room and when I already went to bed in my pyjamas he forced us to change rooms,just bathroom with only 1 shower working for the whole floor, DEPOSIT asked when checking in (THE INFORMATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED BEFORE BOOKING not after in the email )as I am not ok with giving deposits ,required polish card or cash which I have neither of them, no air in the room , when opaning window a lot of noise from the street,beds are ok

Toilets could be cleaner (showers were very clean however) but I don't blame it on the hostel (more on the guests) Toilet paper could be of better quality / less rough if possible :/ Dorm room was a 12-bedder which can get quite crowded and noisy

Staff (Gosia, I think) was really friendly and helpful! Curtains, power source and light at each bed were super lovely Bunk beds are super steady and not creaky at all Décor of the hostel and the common area were quite a nice touch and unique Really like the paper towels provided in the toilets Good location if you want to be just in-between the train/bus station and old town

two things bothered me a lot though: for some reason there are cameras in the dorm room which i just can’t understand, i’ve been to multiple hostels and never seen cameras in a dorm room. second thing, the female showers… the ceiling is kind of made of mirroring glass so if there are multiple people in the shower room- everyone can see you. hostel is great but i think there is a huge lack of privacy- which is very important i think.

This was my first hostel experience...I guess I thought I would be able to meet more people, but that wasn't really the case. People were friendly, but it seemed like everyone just stayed to themselves.

Location was close to a bus and tram stop to get to the main square if you didn't want to walk. Staff was friendly, however, they forgot to give me the key code to get in so I had to ring the bell each time. One staff member seemed annoyed by this. Otherwise, they were great. I was glad they had a washer/dryer. Wifi worked great, too, so I was able to complete my online class assignments.

nothing to be complaining about, maybe points of improvement could be: - making available soap for the showers, as I have been seeing in other hostels - more variety in the tea bags provided for breakfast

Clean hostel, 10 minutes walk from city center, cozy communal spaces including a big living room and also a corridor with some sofas, really comfortable and with a homely environment, loved it! Also great bunk beds setup with own curtains, lamp and double power socket for each bed. Lockers are provided with 2 zloti deposit. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Nice and modern toilets / showers. Overall excellent service provided and comfortable stay, at a great price. Would definitely come back again.

Bathrooms- the shower system was really weird all time you need to press button for water and you are not able to stop it when you want... also water was spreading everywhere

Second time here. Super clean!!! Everywhere. Nice floor in good reform with lots of space and height. Good sunshine in room also. Pratical facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Specifically love the kitchen and the sofas in the corridor. Very well located, close to the railway and bus station. Guests here are also very quiet. You can stay comfortably half day in your bed or out of it.

Great location, even for drivers with quite large parking nearby. Clean rooms, good facilities, friendly staff.
