As hotel is located in a small square which also has a number of restaurants and bars, it was quite noisy at night.

Hotel is very well located for public transport. It is close to excellent shopping malls and walking distance to the station. There are very good restaurants nearby and one of Warsaw’s newest squares. Staff were very helpful with information.

•Very small and narrow wardrobe, it wasn't possible to close it, it was more like a shelf; •Curtains are too light and don't cover the whole window properly, so you are woken up very early by the light coming in the room; •Walls are very thin and I didn't sleep at all one night because I could hear everything the person next to me was doing, snoring and talking on the phone very loudly; •No breakfast inside the property, but available at a pub next door.

The windows... only 1/3 could be cracked open there wasn't enough fresh air coming in. Also it was very noisy during the night until about 5 am as it's so close to the bars.

The staff was really nice helpful and efficient check in and out. The room was clean, except some spatter on the bathroom door and spacious. The location was also great, right in the center, close to the restaurants and most important sights.

An extra pillow could have been nice. There was only one pillow but it's a minor issue. It can also get a little noisy outside because restaurants are nearby but I still slept soundly during the night despite the occasional yelling of drunken tourists outside.

For a single room, the room itself, as well as the bed and comfort room are quite spacious. I loved the bed and the shower. In terms of location, it can be a little confusing to find where the hotel is exactly but it is actually well located. The bus station is just 2 mins away and there are plenty of restaurants around the area.

For me as a forced transit treveller (while there are no flights from/to Ukraine), everything was fine. Yet, I would like to pay a lower price for such a simple room/hotel.

I have chosen this hotel based on location (taking into account price and quality) and I liked it! The hotel is in the downtown but with a very good connection by public transport from railway stations (Eastern and Central ones) and the Chopin Airport.

I was there on Friday - there is a club nearby and the vibrations of the subwoofer can be clearly perceived till late in the night. You're trying to sleep but in reality inside you'll keep dancing at least till 2AM :') And you can hear people nearby partying and talking loudly. Nevertheless with a couple of good earplugs I was able to sleep discretely well.

The room was cozy, warm and spacious, the bed was so comfy that I am still thinking about it! The hotel is in a strategic location and the staff is great!

Carpet on the floor, in the single room I booked, had some stains. Also I had an issue with watching TV, however it is not a problem as I watched stuff I like online.

Location was great & the single room was comfortable enough. A bottle of mineral water in the room is always a nice touch.

It would be great if the hotel would provide the kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room. Also, I know that there is an option to have breakfast in the hotel, but I couldn’t find details of that - could be good to add a small information brochure on that including pricing, menu or what type of breakfast is available. Or add this information on the website.

The location is great, close to the central railway station, just 15 mins walking distance or 5 mins by public transport. It has a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores around. Close to the city center. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The room was tidy, with comfy bed. It had also a hairdryer, which is apparently not a very common practice in Warsaw hotels. Also, for me it is a big plus that the hotel has elevator. Very quick check in and it is available at late hours.

It was expensive for the standard of the room which was listed as ‘superior’ and mine was not compared with my friend’s room (paid the same price). There were broken things in my room (TV, so no TV for the whole stay) and radiator( though give a working freestanding one) . Missing a trick as, For the price, you would expect breakfast included and free tea and coffee.

The location was great and quiet. The staff were very helpful. I had to get a radiator (as heating was not working ) which was done on asking. The room was a good size.

On Friday and Saturday evenings there are too many people partying in the area. Window in my room needs to be regulated so that it isolates better from the cold outside. In the evenings hot water in the shower is only warm or even lukewarm. Therefore, I had to shower in the morning.

The location is great, right in the centre of Warsaw. Very helpful staff.

- my default choice for the hotel when I am in Warsaw; - super location on Chmielna and very near Nowy Swiat; - reasonable walking distance to Central Railway station or Centrum metro station; - I like Chmielna and Niwy Swiat vibe so feel happy every time I stay there; - staff are very kind and genuinely attentive; - I had a member of staff sorting out for me the taxi service last time I was there, while I was busy panicking I would not make it to the airport in time for my flight. But the taxi service they ordered got me to the airport in time for my flight :))
