Probably not much, that can be changed. Compared to Pasat: No lift, no snackmachine, smaller bed, smaller room, less hotel flair, weak light in bathroom but for basically the same price (or even more).

Good alternative to Studencki Dom Marynarza Pasat. It is even closer to the offices and even has (free) parking. The quality is slightly lower as it has clearly the flair of a hostel (which it is). One kitchen shared for the whole building, but it was never to busy in there. It lacks a dishmachine though, so you have to wash the utensils up after using them. Parking is located at the backentrance (ul. Jana Kazimierza)

There are no eating facilities and the rooms do not have a coffee cattle to prepare a tea or coffee. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the lively centre.

This is a large hotel complex with a convenient hotel parking. Its about 1 km from the Old Town. Some receptionist staff spoke English. The rooms were very clean.

the shower took a bit long to “operate” but it,s ok.

our room might be small but very clean. The check in was so smooth and easy, separate toilet between men and women, and provided with two towels. Location is 20mins by tram or bus from old town and 30mins by foot. The property is in quiet neighborhood

Only one WC per floor, and one of them was unusable (light broken + no paper).

Check-in around the clock, comfy bed, very friendly personnel !

For a non smoke hostel- the smell of smoke in the hallway was choking. There were just 2 bathrooms per floor-but it did not cause any issues. Cleaners are emptying rubbish on a daily basis from your room, even when you are not around, so I wouldn't keep any valuable items in the room while away. There is a fridge next to the bed, which can be noisy especially at night

the dirty kitchen the Ukrainian staff- whatever you asked them, it felt like they didn't think knowing anything about Szczecin or the public transport or anything else is part of their duties I understand that they might not know all, but it was their attitude- I m not here to help They make you feel like you are back in PRL- Poland s communist past

I had very bad experience at the end.i was agreed to stay in the room till 12 pm as i know it was till 11 am. But at the time of booking i requested if I could stay till 12 pm that would be much helpful and this was agreed by their side.but on the day of check out the lady came to my room asking what time I'm leaving i told them I would be leaving by 12 and It was specially agreed at the time of booking. Later another lady came to ask the same question i explained that i requested earlier till 12 pm check out. She was anger and I was shocked because I stayed in other hotels in Europe but for me this was first time bit of bad and rude experiences. I even don't know that i was racially profiled because since I'm and Indian may be people don't like it there. Any way what just happened is happend i never recommend this place to any one i recommend to find some good and decent hotels in the area.i recommend Indians and Asians please stay out of this place.

I like the accessibility of the place. It's near to the city centre.

Their WIFI is bad. Makes you to miss serious things because it is only active when your closer to the reception when your on the top floor it's a shame.

I wish there was an elevator as I was living on 3 rd floor and the kitchen was completely in the basement. So every time I had to come downstairs to fill water bottle

Everything is good about City Hostel. At the beginning it was a bit difficult to find the place but it’s not a trouble if you keep the google map downloaded. (My internet wasn’t working at first). The room was fine with big airy windows. The cupboard was enough for tourist. There was also a small TV and a mini fridge which I liked a lot. All travel destinations are just within 2 to 3 km walk from the hostel so it was quite an advantage! Although shared toilets but they were super clean and well maintained.
