I don’t know maybe the staff did’t had time to dry the bed linen, but it was wet and impossible to sleep, it’s good that there were a lot of pillows and blankets. I hope it was single and exceptional case. The main places can be a bit dirty as there is another guests in other rooms. But in the morning it was really clean.

Difficult to find the apartment inside the building, very little toilet paper (3 half used rolls for 3 rooms that 4 people in total were staying at).

I’ve met one disadvantage while my stay in the property: key to my room stack in the lock and I wasn’t able to lock my room while going out. I’ve called the managers and they were very friendly and advised to choose another room from their website or wait until next day morning (10-11am) for someone to come and fix it, so I’ve decided to wait because I’ve unpacked all my stuff already. Unfortunately nobody have showed next day at advised time neither during the day or next day, so every time I was out my room was unlocked. On the other hand there is CCTV in main area but I don’t believe it can be helpful in Poland if someone will steal your documents or other belongings because Police won’t be able to return it to you in a few days or at all…

The property was clean, quiet and well maintained. In the kitchen you have all you need. Bathroom looked well cleaned as well. Smart TV in my room was a very nice surprise, so it’s another advantage. La Lucy cafe across the road from main entrance to the building serves delicious breakfasts and coffee every single day. Zabka mini store right the corner has everything you need from grocery and alcohol till 11pm.

The location was amazing, close to the central station and the palace of culture and science. Also the city center was not that far. Everything was clean and the room was very cozy, just like in the pictures.

Bathroom was dirty with mold. Felt super uncomfortable under the shower. Luckily I had my flip flops.

The shower leaked which resulted in a problem with the floor outside the bathroom. Should be repaired

The room was simply a bed, most Americans would probably not like it but was fine if you are used to staying in hostels.

The bathroom usage was a bit chaotic between the different guests. Some left their toothbrushes and other toiletries in the bathroom, making the already small space even less. Also, it was a bit hard to know when the bathroom would be available. Generally it didn’t produce problems but I wouldn’t want to be in a situation where I need to urgently use the bathroom and it’s blocked.

The room was nicely decorated and the facilities were in good condition. Entering the building and apartment was nicely handled through pin codes.

I've had a lovely stay at Martha and Robert's place for 2 days on a business trip in a highly modern part of Warsaw (cool!), 2 minutes by feet from the Metro station Rondo ONZ. The check-in and check-out procedure was very easy and they made themselves available for any necessity. The room is small but very cozy and warm. It made me feel at home! The shared bathroom was clean and well furnished, with hairdryer and towels included.

It's a shared apartment with 3 double bedrooms, so you never know with whom you will share it. In my case, one was very quiet but the other was a loud caveman with his girlfriend, who defecated all over the toilet bowl and I had to wash it afterward.

The room is as nice as in the photos, you can find all possible equipment in the apartment (e.g. to cook, clean, iron clothes, etc.).

Bed (room 2) was comfortable, nice location, clean flat. It’s small a bit but renovated on the inside. Easy to access. Smart tv and fast WiFi available.

Shared bathroom needs some urgent interventions to get refreshed (dirt in the corners, mould on the walls, shower curtain better not to be touched, a hole in the floor in front of bathroom door). Generally, the facility is aimed at squeezing each and every m2 of surface, as a result the quality of common spaces is far below the European hostel standard :(

The bed sheet and duvet cover are very old and uncomfortable. It is not very clean in the bathroom either. It is also not easy to find the flat because it is located in a building and there was no sign outside the building.

The location of this flat is really nice. It is convenient to go to the city centre and bus or underground station. It is also very quiet at night.
