Bed linen, Not good light and my door was like not closing so well.it was not in good condition the locker. Didn't feel nice when entering the bedroom

I liked that was quiet and I didn't here any noise.last minute booking and they were responding on time and very helpful 👍 Good location and reasonable price.

The time I arrived the room was not yet prepared maybe I’m a bit early for the agreed schedule. But after few minutes the attendant changed, clean and arranged everything. After that everyone went well until the day I checked out.

Walls were paper thin so quite noisy, We had room 1 (off the kitchen) and would not recommended it as very noisy with other guests. My suggestion is to convert room 1 into a common area due to the noise as the kitchen was small and there was nowhere else to go communally, There was not a table and chairs as suggested in the profile

The location was good, close to train station and easy enough to see the sites. Cooking facilities were good and place was kept clean. Information for self check in was good and easy to do,

The temperature in the room was not comfortable and too low. We had to sleep in our clothes. The owners didn't fix the problem although we asked for it.

Kitchen appliances are awesome. It has everything you need for a cooking any dish. The location is super great. It takes 12-15 minutes to come from railway station to the hotel. And very close to all city facilities. Very calm and quiet neighbors.

There could be an air conditioner in the room or a fan, because it was very hot in the room, since it was over 30 degrees outside.

The area. It was just unbeatable. Everything close by and so many nice restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean and quite and we had a window which allowed to get fresh air in The bed was comfy the room was big enough for our things. The wifi was good and strong The bathroom was very big and it was nice to have a shower there Only thing to remember: there are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom so sometimes there is a line to wait. But everyone was understanding and made it quick We would love to come back and can recommend this place The kitchen we didn't use but seemed equipped

The only downside was that the towels had been left in the washing machine for too long, so they didn't smell very good.

Location is excellent! Everything you need is close by, from grocery stores to coffee shops (there's a Starbucks and Green Nero Coffee right across the street). It's only a 10-minute walk to public transportation. The place was clean upon arrival.

The room smelled a bit when we got there and it was incredibly hot even with 2 fans going. Also there was no toilet paper on the second day.

Only thing, there is no table to eat in the room (just a very small one) and neither in the kitchen. This can be uncomfortable if you stay for multiple days.

Perfect location in a very cool area. Staff super nice and flexible. The apartment is nice and new.

Amazing position of the place, quite and easy to find. Dont judge the book by the cover, the enter is not the best. Perfect place for the price.

it was a bit cold even tho the heater was on 5 it’s a 4bd apartment and within my 5 night stay some rooms were occupied by couples and there is only 1 bathroom which wasn’t convenient as at the end it felt like too many people and some people took their time to take a bath

it was well maintained and clean the owners were great and were making sure I felt alright there

First of all communication with owners are awful! They don’t care what you are talking about, they just don’t listen and do whatever they want. Second thing it was first trip for my mom abroad and to Poland. And this was very upsetting experience for both of us. We left our food in the fridge and I left bottles with my things for face in the bathroom and my toothbrush. By the time when we returned in the evening everything except my toothbrush was gone. And important moment NO ONE was in the apartment at this day. As we checked and everyone left early in the morning and no one checked in in the evening. So cleaning people just stole our food and throw away my stuff. I contacted owners and the only thing they did pushed cleaning lady to bring back food (she did exactly what she stole). Conversation with owners was very poor. They didn’t apologize properly, just claimed that it’s their responsibility and blah blah. But in this situation it was THEIR responsibility. They didn’t offer and compensation and I had to deal with them 3 days out of my 6 days in Poland. Third thing cleaning was poor as well. It was very dirty. Even right after cleaning staff left it could be better. The floor wasn’t moped properly. My socks became black very quickly. and last thing they switch off the heating in the rooms and open windows in EVERY room. So when we came back to the apartment it was freezing as outside. Not really helpful when you wanna enter your room and rest in warm place. Money for awful experience. If you want to have bad days this is perfect place for this.

The only good thing was nice design.

Our room wasn’t very clean, there were dust flakes under the bed and something black in the corner of the ceiling. It was also very cold when we were in the city and even with the heating the room was still pretty cold

It could have been coffee and tea in each pot, in the kitchen 😉

Comfortable, quiet place in a good location with all facilities and adequate price. I highly recommend 👍🏻
