The bed was comfortable, room was nice and as in pictures. Great location, close to everything. Very good price. Haven't met the staff but they did send all information needed and asked if we have any concerns.

Unfortunately, the flat did not have any lift, which is not an issue, since it is located on the 2nd floor. However, the floor was really cold during winter. Again, not a deal breaker as the room was comfortable.

I liked the place. It was a quiet, comfortable, great location in the center. All the necessary things were available.

Maybe more flat pictures needs to show on the booking. Because there are similar buildings around the flat. In the night it is a little difficult to find it.

Very convenient location, 3 minutes downstairs to bus175 to the airport. It is located near the Science and Culture Center. The room was clean and tidy and quiet. But pay attention to the password when entering the apartment: press the “key sign ”after pressing 4 - and then press the password to enter (this tip nais mainly for East Asian people, because East Asian code locks are used differently). After check out, the owner was also willing to agree me leave my luggage in the common area for me to travel nearby. I recommend you guys to come this hostel.

There was a problem with water in our flat so weren't able to use the toilet for 1 day and shower for 2 days, aditionally we had to move to another flat in the middle of our stay because they were going to repair the water problem. However, the owner gave us a small refundation and had the second place for us in the same neighbourhood so I hope this was just an unfortunate situation...

They didn't warn that the shower was under repair and you couldn't take a shower. Old and dirty bedding.

I think the price is a little bit too high comparing to the hotels in the neighbourhood.

The place is a room in a multi-room flat, with the shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Good and clean place for the overnight stay, but I believe it will be less comfortable to stay here longer.

Over the weekend it was very calm, but during the week construction noises started in the early morning and it was extremely loud. Also the shared space (bath and kitchenette) was very stuffy (no ventilation) and not much space to hang or put your bath stuff while using it. While everything was quite clean I would have probably chosen an apartment with private bathroom for just a little bit more in the same area to keep my privacy.

At one point in the evening we ran out of the toilet paper which was extremally inconvenient. There should be extra rolls left in the cabinets, it's that simple.

The check in / check out process easy to follow with access to the apartment 24/7. Perfect location in the center of the city, yet quiet neighborhood.

- Not sure they wash bed sheets for every guest. Mine had some weird stains on it and sheet's condition was like it had been used 100500 times. - this was my main concern - no elevator, apartment on the actual 3d floor. Really hard with heavy suitcase - small kitchen, no way you can eat there, you should do it in the room - troubles with air conditioning in the corridor, always hot as if in the bathroom - it'd be nice if there was olive or other oil in the kitchen for common use. It's unlikely that traveller would buy a bottle of oil if they travel for a few days.

Well the thing I couldn't stand was that there wasn't ventilation or windows in the bathroom, so after a shower it felt like sauna. Also the size of the toilet - you couldn't even comfortably turn around in there. Another thing is even though you get a king sized bed, there's only one duvet in standard.

The biggest pro about this place was definitely the view - it looked lovely during sunsets. The bed was comfortable. Overall it's a great place to stay, especially if you plan on spending most of the time out in the city. At night all the other guests were quiet, so nobody was bothering anyone with loudness. The kitchen was alright, you could use all the dishes, just clean them after all.

We rented a room in the ClickTheFlat for the 2nd time. The location is excellent. Parking spaces were many. The apartment is clean. The only drawback was the creaky bed.

Nothing really I don't like. However, if there's a lift then it would be definitely amazing for those who have big and heavy luggage.

Just a few steps from bus stops and 5-10 minute walk from tube stations. There were many restaurants nearby and some bars for night life. Btw they had washing machine in the sharing bathroom so you might use it if you need it.

Because i couldn't lock door, and they didn't provide key even after asking on chat or calling on phone. I had valuables with me that I couldn't just leave behind unlockablu door and I didn't felt comfortable my self. But no one cares. In the end I stayed in different place.
