Room was very small. And we had a problem with our balcony, it couldn't be fully closed, so it was noisy and cold in the room. Also the communication with the owner was terrible. He didn't want to help us find the apartment and just waited till we made it on our own. Aproximately 30 minutes we were looking for this accomodation and he wasn't bothered to help us

The description how to enter should be better and also it could be better mentioned that the kitchen and bathroom are shared.

Price/performance comparsion, good location, really nice concept for budget travelling. Everything was modern and clean (cleaning lady came every day)

I send messages with pictures to menagnment of this rented rooms that probably most likely bed bugs bit me , no answer . I rented for about 10 nights in total , all was with complaints. But the last was horrible I woke up with this painful red mark on my leg .

Got this time another room nr 2, last time nr 4. Unfortunately bedding smell terrible- I think btw they washing bedsheets on fast program with dirty mops . Smell like dirty men - it’s disgusting to be honest. If not I was born in this city and need to rent some rooms for crazy money I would definitely not stay there . Sink still blocked and in general if it’s 6-8 people in house toilet getting bit messy - hard for someone who don’t use to staff like that . In general I personally think those rooms are overpriced for what they offer- especially conditions and buildings etc. Room was dusty also and loud because it’s street window.

I am booking for myself double room but bed isn’t that large for two people. In the room wasn’t warm which is ok because it wasn’t winter months but in winter would be definitely cold- windows are bad and radiator super small

Every time you book , booking doesn’t send emails with instructions how to get to room , at least not right after booking the room , so you basically need to contact directly people who ménage it which can be trouble at times. Annoying.

Bedding smell like dirty men even you can see shits are changed. Pillows should be definitely changed. Very very loud because room i get was from street . When you book you actually don’t know which room you will have which is annoying. Size of room super small so no space to keep luggage- have bruises on my legs because actually you have to walk some how. No microwave, no chance to use washing machine or dryer if you stay longer- I’ve stayed 4-5 nights but you need to listen to their dryer for hours if you in . If you lucky maybe others people won’t slam the doors! There is kitchen bugs unfortunately! Toilet desk hitting your back each time you use toilet. Inside the building smells so bad from rubbish. The people who ménage this apartments aren’t that nice - saying that again.

Easy access to central warsaw and tube. Quite clean - I think they did clean quite often. Tv is working. They provide iron, some kitchen utilities which are decent. Fridge. The curtains was dark which is nice. Luckily inside the flat didn’t smell or anything.

Instructions to the address were incorrect on the booking.com page. It takes you to the adjacent street when you click directions through the app. Secondly the instructions given by the owner don't specify the entrance to the building is from the side gate so I was just stuck waiting outside the main entrance. Tried contacting the owner of the property for help and he spoke rudely and wasn't helpful at all when asked about it. He said to send an email and he will respond. Sent an email but got a response after 7 hours. I had to wait in the cold till I figured out myself that the entrance to the building is from the side gate and not the main entrance of the building. Good place but unfortunately because of the experience with the owner of the property I would not be visiting again.

If you like communism and cramped rooms and dormitories this is your place. I'll start by saying that the building looked abandoned. Dormitory type. Secondly, it is quite noisy from cars because it is located in the center of Warsaw. The street is also hard to find. There is no host and everything is done remotely. Inside, when you enter the building, it looks good, but this is where the cons begin. There are 1,2,3,4 rooms inside the dormitory. When a person enters the room, he will see a very, very narrow room with a large bed, which looks comfortable at first glance. But it is not! Hell of a firm mattress. then follows: a window, where to get to it you have to go through a very narrow place to pass and you see that the window has a wooden lining through which the wind passes and it's like you're outside and sleeping outside, because it's very cold in the room! ! There is a kitchen where there are no utensils, because it is decided that they will be taken and not returned, if you want to buy plastic ones or if you use the dishes, they must be washed because it is not known who used them, after all, there are many people in the dormitory . To take a shower you have to wait and god forbid it's urgent you have to be patient ... you are patient but for how long? it is constantly noisy from people clicking, well, in two words, I do not recommend!!

The room had a very old window frame, made of completely dried wood, which doesn't hold anymore. Because of that, and because of the flat layout (the windows look at a busy street) it was very loud inside, hard to fall asleep. The room was not very clean as well.

The location is really good.
