Sound insulation is poor, next door apartment isn’t for renting, it was just neighbors that had their TV is very loud, in the night it was still on just less louder. Blanket could be more think, or just an additional blanket, I was a tad cold during the night

Communication with the team was good, the property itself looks very nice and cozy, our room was clean and nice, precious and neat place. Local is the city centre, all shopping malls are located real close

Beautiful residence, clean and comfortable, ideal for a short stay. You share kitchen and bathroom with other persons. Although the bathroom and toilet is small, is cozy and clean. For those who travel by car, there is the option of parking on the street (4zl/day). Clear check-in instructions. We felt good.

We had a bit of an issue when arriving, as our bedroom was already occupied by other guest. We were lucky that we could switch with that guest as he got confused and got into the wrong room, so we took hers. The host was helpful, but it wouldn't have happened if they had separate key lockers for each room so as to not leave room for guest error when checking into his room.

Everything regarding the accomodation was fantastic. Very comfortable, clean and modern.

Because I arrived after 23:00 I had to self-check in but Google maps didn't lead me to the building when I entered the address. That made it quite difficult to find. Luckily a local person knew the address and could show me the way. I was a bit affraid I would not find it.

The location of the apartment is convenient, almost the center of the city but quiet, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The transport interchange is excellent, you can get to different parts of Warsaw. The room corresponds to the description. The day before, the instructions for the installation arrived, there were no problems.

There were only 2 power outlets in our room. We were travelling and it would have been nice to recharge our power banks and phones. Also the bed base on the other side was broken so not that comfortable.

This was the perfect accommodation for me. Close to the old town, located in the center, cheap, clean and very nicely decorated so that you can feel very comfortable there. I highly recommend this facility!

Dirty in room, everywhere hair on down , small toilet and very small bathroom, dirty kitchen - garbage over box. All day-all night work washing machine - and this blanket stay in corridor and guests must feel this smell . Im so much travel and always with booking - its flat Impossible bad. Also - my room was not ready at 15-00, and staff made room ready for 8 (!) minut. 8 minut for cleaning room after past guests!!!! About which quality we can talk! I connect with owner about all of that - but answer :" i hope you understand....sometime this"....

It is NOISY. I spent 5 nights in August and restaurants across the road were disturbing my sleep till midnight. The walls are thin, so a lot of noise is coming from people in other rooms. You can hear every conversation, loud locks and squeaky door handle mechanisms. Some neighbors were singing at midnight, some were cooking breakfast at 3 am, so a pair of EARPLUGS is a must. There was no place to hang towels to dry in the room.

-An easy self check-in process. -Good location in an area with lots of restaurants ranging from a snack on a budget to a fancy diner. 15-20 min walk to the main square and 40 mins to the old town (or a short direct ride by public transport). -Fully corresponds to the photos. -The kitchen is tiny, but equipped with basic tools for cooking. -Mini hairdryer in the room.
