The apartment was close to the entrance to Tatra National Park where I wanted to spend most of my time. They also arranged an excellent guide to take me on my hikes before I left my country.

The property is very nice. The only issue was a large group which seemed to take over the place especially at breakfast. It felt as if we were at their house and had to just find a way to fit in. That group just took over the breakfast area.

Very nice, clean rooms. Loved the breakfast. We were there during Easter and they had a traditional Easter breakfast. Very nice staff.

This is a great option for those coming to Zakopane to hike. The hotel is located just 10 minutes away from the nearest entrance to Tatra National Park. The check-in process is seamless, and the staff is really great!

Booked for a week end and asked the day prior for valentine’s day complements, they bought on my behalf roses, heart balloon, fruits and champagne. Excellent service. Breakfast was delicious.

it's challenging to get to if you don't have a car. generally across poland, many hotels only provide shampoo but no conditioner and 1 towel for bathing.

Really friendly staff, accomodating and overall clean room and faciities. It's a much quieter location away from town which might suit some guests with cars. Loved it was a 10 minute walk into the national park and waterfalls. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

The only not so great aspect was the parking - very tight with only a handful of spots. There are paid parking spaces nearby but not so convenient.

Excellent location close to Dolina Strazyska TPN entrance. Nicely appointed room and excellent buffet-style breakfast plus made-to-order eggs or omlet. .

there are a lot of stairs and the rooms can be a little tricky to find at first. would recommend finding the room first before lugging your luggage around if you are arriving after hours. wanted some extra towels and pillows and was unfortunately told they dont have enough to give out. towels and beds where not changed during the stay, which for the price and way the place is set up you'd expect it.

breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly. the place is cozy and parking is good if not too busy. i would recommend this location foor sure and would also stay here again.

The mattress was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep properly the whole trip. Mattress was only covered by a single very thin fitted sheet which was too big and kept coming off. No mattress protector so I'd wake up sometimes literally on a bare mattress. Asked the staff for another duvet so we could lay on top of it and was told the manager didn't allow them to give it to us. Not that youd even know a manager existed there. Only 3 towels provided - 2 for bathing and one for the floor as you step out the shower. No hand towel or hand soap to wash your hands. No tissues or any other basic amenities except body wash. You only see the staff at breakfast, otherwise there seems to be nobody there except guests. That's nice until you need help. There was no one at check in, we were told we were texted all the info prior to check ourselves in but didn't get any text. Don't count on getting a parking spot. Didn't clean the room once or offer replacement towels during a 4 night stay. Walls are paper thin...you can hear everything. Zakopane is overpriced anyway but for the price I'd expect at least to be able to sleep properly.

As with other comments breakfast was clearly the star of the show. Location was nice, bit of a walk to Krupowki but not too bad and nicely away from the busy street. Room was clean and they gave everyone free bottles of prosecco on NYE. Communal fridge, microwave and tea facilities 24hr but only 1 type of tea and no water tap available to refill the kettle.
