Easy to locate, clean room and very friendly staff. Room was decent sized and bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and strong too. Breakfast had a lovely range of foods and all tasted great for the price Staff were all very helpful and friendly answering any questions I had or helping to make things easier, even allowing a late checkout and early check in

Breakfast is £10 pp on a daily basis and paid to reception before you have breakfast.hours 7am to 10am. First morning breakfast was beautiful buffet lots of choice and well laid out, and despite the fact there were many students on a coach trip with huge appetites there was enough food. Unfortunately went a little bit down after that - not many people in the hotel which was reflected in the breakfast and on the Thursday before we left there was hardly anything save for a few broken slices of bread but we did have e tea and coffee and some egg and ham. We thought this was poor value £20 for 2 people when there was a very sparse breakfast choice. Catering could do with a re-think on this one. it does spoil the overall impression of the hotel - breakfast is so important as we are then out for the whole day with a comfortable full stomach.

excellent location for transport into Old Town, including 129 bus which goes to Airport. Tickets from machine on platform at tram station but wasn't working on our day of travel to airport but no problem pay on bus with credit card. look out for 129 bus when arriving into Wroclaw airport. taxis are expensive,

Good value - an affordable way to spend a night in Wroclaw. A lot of convenience stores and food place around the hotel. Staff was available, and helped when needed. Available parking for those driving a car.

The breakfast prices were a bit shocking compared to the food selection but that was optional. Also, please make sure they take a note of your breakfast payment if you pay separate to avoid a very rude comments made in public at the breakfast room.

I liked the location which was close to the bus and tram stops, so easy accessible to the airport. The room was clean with a small selection of teas and coffees, and a kettle.

Other than our shower base was quite dirty, eveything else was very clean. We would have appreciated some milk with the tea/coffe facilities but the day after arrival we just went and bought our own when the shops were open..

The room was larger than expected and well equiped. Beds were very comfortable. Access for my disabled friend throughout the building was good. Loved the large windows that could be opened right out. Storage for cases when leaving on the last day was very helpful and I was happy there was no charge for this service. Friendly staff spoke English which made our lives easier - very grateful for that and they helped us order taxis when needed. Daily refuse collection from our room while we were out was also helpful so we didn't leave any accumulated mess by the last day.
